Welcome to the Annual Jones Red Angus Bull Sale!
Welcome back to our annual bull sale. We can’t believe year 2 is here already! We are thankful to have you consider our program to move your program forward. Going through the catalog you will find pedigrees with generations of great cow families stacked. We focus on cows that wean a high percentage of their body weight, stay in good flesh and breed back in a timely manner. We understand that a cow can only wean as heavy as her environment will allow. We try and add as much performance as possible, while maintaining maternal merit.
We are very excited to offer this set of bulls for your appraisal. Going through the catalog, you will find strong maternal traits in all of the bulls and find they are structurally sound. Whether you are looking for a calving ease, balanced or high performing bull you will find it here. We have faith in our cow herd and believe all of these bulls will leave behind great daughters that will be the future of your cowherd.
On behalf of the Jones family, we want to thank you for showing an interest in our program. We look forward to making new friends and visiting with old friends come sale day. If you have any questions, please reach out and we will point you in the right direction!
Thank you,
Jordan and Erika Jones

Full sister to Lots 1 & 2 that sold to A&R Red Angus
What a bull to start the sale with! M411 hit the ground running and never looked back, being born at 74lbs. and weaning at 807lbs. He is wide topped, wide based and dripping with natural muscle and a huge scrotal. He is the best bull we have raised to date. Coming from the 522D donor cow that has done great for us! She is always one of the first to calve even after being flushed between pregnancies. Sired by U2Q Boss Hog 2161K who is now deceased with very limited semen, this bull is an easy option to move forward. We will use this bull back in our program. Selling full possession and 50% semen.

A full brother to lot 1. The consistency is there in this flush. This bull is another great option to move forward with the Boss Hog genetics. M409 had a 77lb. birthweight and a 714lb. weaning weight! This mating worked well! M409 stands on a super foot with tremendous natural muscling.

RREDS Grasslands K2166, Sire to Lot 3
The first RREDS Grasslands 2166K son to sell, and what a great one to offer. His mom has been great for us and has a beautiful udder. She has raised numerous bulls for us that have went on to be great herd bulls. M402 stands on a great foot, is deep bodied and has a super disposition. The daughters out of this bull will be highly productive, while the steers will have plenty of grow. We unfortunately lost Grasslands this winter in a freak accident and will use this bull to replace him. Selling full possession and 50% semen. RREDS
Another Grasslands son that is super impressive. The
RREDS GRASSLANDS K2166 LCA MISS IONA KA 910
Another balanced Grasslands bull that will do great things wherever he goes. I have all the confidence in these Grasslands sons. His dam is an early calver every year and has raised many good sons for us.

ABIGRACE 7114E
The next 2 bulls are full brothers, and I can’t say who is better, they are 2 peas in a pod and bred very consistently. The Badge bulls have been at the top of our program for the last several years. These 2 brothers are 3/4 siblings to our high seller from last years sale, Jones Venom L304 selling to McCann Red Angus in Idaho. Out of our matriarch donor cow, Abigrace 7114E – she is everything you want in a cow. RED U2Q BADGE 73H
Take your pick between these 2 or buy them both and have the most consistent calf crop out there!

JONES PENDLETON 522K JONES MONA 818J
The first son out of Jones Pendleton 522K, a maternal brother to lots 1 and 2 that we kept 2 years ago. We lost him last summer to an injury and never had him collected so these are the first and last sons of him to sell. He did an excellent job – his calves are a commercial cattleman’s dream. Big growth bulls that gain well.

4. Staff will issue the USDAapproved Certificate of Compliance upon receiving the customer enrollment agreement and calving record.
