Welcome to our 2018 Sale

The family and I would like to welcome you to our annual bull sale again this year. We truly appreciate your interest in our offering as well as your past purchases and hope they have performed up to your expectations.

The genetics we’ve offered in the past (Yarborough, King James, 114Y, Edison and Manitoba) are still evident this year as well as some new genetics such as Mighty Hot, Full Load, EZ Money and Unanimous. We also have some ET sons by EZ Money and Ms Yarborough 453B which you will want to look up.

The bulls have been DNA tested for coat color and are BVD-PI negative. There will be a supplement sheet on sale day with ultrasound information, yearling wts. and scrotal measurements.

What Marilyn and I enjoy more than anything are our five precious grandchildren (Tate, Bentley, Rhett, Karlee and Kimberly). We had a big addition last year with the last three being born within weeks of each other. But it looks like the mothers took a year off because all of our daughter-in-laws are open!!

Selling: 50 Balancer Spring Yearling Bulls (several Homo Black and some Homo Polled)

Auctioneer: Joe Frazier McCook, NE 308-340-5682 First Season Breeding Guarantee: Buyers of all bulls selling for $3,000 or more injured the first breeding season will have credit at the next sale at the value of the purchase price minus salvage value. Contact Raile Gelbvieh promptly so the decision to return the bull to Raile Gelbvieh or sold by buyer may be made. First breeding season begins at turn out and ends September 1st of the year of the purchase. Death loss will be reimbursed by one half the purchase price of the bull accompanied by a vet’s certificate.

We will feed the bulls free of charge until April 1st at the purchaser’s risk. $3.00/day thereafter.

Trucking: Free trucking on bulls within a 250 mile radius. Otherwise to a central location. If bulls are taken home sale day there is a $75 per head discount.

Viewing: Bulls may be viewed at home or online at www.railegelbvieh.com All bulls have been ultrasounded DNA Tested: All bulls have had a DNA test for coat color and BVD-PI negative.

Herd Health: All bulls have had shots, been poured and will have passed a semen test by sale day. Necessary health papers will be supplied with each sale animal. Registration papers will be transferred.

Other information such as yearling, ultrasound and scrotal measurements will be available sale day.

All announcements from the block take precedence over all written material.
