Roadie Babies is a first-of-a-kind Live Nation employee benefit designed with a simple mission: to empower new parents to keep pursuing their careers without having to choose between work and family.
Since 2019, Live Nation’s Roadie Babies program has supported touring parents by covering travel costs for children under two and a caretaker. The program offers the same care we give artists on the road, with nearly a third of participants being new dads.
In addition to Roadie Babies, Live Nation provides employees six months of paid parental leave and fertility support, including egg freezing and IVF.
