The Harvest Is Now
Russia has a history of open and closed doors. When the Soviet Union fell in the 1990s, people were desperate for something different to put their faith in. As a result of missionaries from all over the world being sent to bring the gospel, an incredible wave of people came to faith. Over the years, though, people’s hearts have hardened towards the gospel. With the launch of the war with Ukraine in 2022, the hearts of the people have again softened and a new wave of people have become hungry for the truth of the gospel. We believe another revival is coming in Russia, and the Lord is raising up new laborers for His harvest fields all over this country!
About Live Dead Russia
Live Dead Russia exists to take the church to the 18 million people within 88 unreached people groups from Muslim, Buddhist, and Shamanist backgrounds who have not had a chance to respond to a clear gospel presentation.
Live Dead Russia focuses on bold broad sowing, obedience-based discipleship, and empowerment of national and local partners to see church planting movements among every unreached people group in Russia.
Who are the unreached in Russia?
Spanning 11 time zones, Russia is a diverse country with 88 different unreached people groups. There are indigenous Muslims, Buddhists, Shamanists, and animist groups that have called Russia home for centuries, but do not consider themselves Russian because to be Russian is to be Orthodox Christian.
Russia also has many Muslim Central Asian immigrants who come to work and send money back to their families in their home countries of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan among others.

How to get involved
JOIN A LIVE DEAD TEAM
We have multiple ways for you to join one of our teams. Come visit us and pray about long-term service with us among the unreached in Russia.
INTENSIVES:
On this 10-day trip, you will taste the work and life among the unreached as you learn, intercede, and share the gospel alongside our team members.
IMMERSIONS:
During a 1- to 2-year term, you will be immersed in the life and ministry of one of our teams. You will study language, build relationships with locals, and share the gospel with the unreached.
No matter the length of your time in Russia, each opportunity will equip you with practical ministry experience and opportunity to see the church planted among the unreached. We hope you will discover your place working with us in Live Dead Russia.

PRAY
A Live Dead Pray Band is a group of three or more people who meet once a month to pray for a Live Dead team. You will receive written and video updates from the team with prayer requests and stories every month. Your Pray Band journeys with their church planting team in communication and prayer so that their needs are constantly taken before our Father.
