COMMON REQUEST:

What are the Dimensions of my Unit/Room?

This summer, we’ve noticed an increased interest in unit and furniture dimensions

To accommodate this request, we’ve started to catalog unit and room dimensions to help you plan for your new space at Lumina Communities

Because this project is a new endeavor for us, it may take us some time to complete a full catalog of individual unit and room sizes

In the meantime, we encourage you to visit our website or our social media pages for standard unit and floor plans details

We are excited to share that for our incoming residents of 1045 Forbes Avenue Hall, all individual rooms and Studio Single dimensions are available!

As the new building reach completion, we will also h new information about furniture dimensions, too

We will share this informa as it becomes available to please stay tuned!

For future residents of St. Martin & Brottier Halls wh unit measurements are n available, we will continue offer tour dates/times this summer by appointment

If this is something that you, your roommate, or your family are interested in, please send us an email detailing your availability

All tour inquiries must be submitted via email at least two (2) business days in advance of the request due to summer staffing and unit availability

If your summer plans do not include a trip to Pittsburgh, that is okay too!

Virtual tours of St Martin Hall and Brottier Hall are available for you to peruse

For more specific information relating to your unit, please contact us via phone at (412)396-1600 or email.

TL;DR... Please reach out to us directly regarding measurements for your specific unit/room If we are unable to provide your specific dimensions, please consider scheduling a tour this summer (by-appointment only) or utilizing our virtual tours
