There are mes throughout our journey, when despair it overcomes, No solace, nor comfort, can be accepted from anyone, Entrapped by the necessi es, demanding to be met, The subconscious mind is crying out, as ourselves we do neglect, Thoughts in turmoil, losing faith, personal sacrifice, Func oning, exis ng, surely there must be more to life? Diminishing light, darkness invades, loss of self belief, Draining your very essence, filling your heart with grief, Con nually ques ng for answers, why does happiness elude? Within the snare of nega vity, we can but remain subdued, As the pain that is carried, throughout life mes filters through, The inherent debt of con nuity, can be atoned only by you, The gi of empathy encompasses, others burdens you do draw, The collec veness of emo ons, their anguish you can’t ignore, As the media taunts incessantly, ins lling the grip of fear, Entangling within our energy, as we silently shed a tear, The mind does conjure scenarios, where percep on can be lost, Do we choose to suffer, to ul mately bear the cost? Or forgive the world for all the wrongs, as man knows not what he does, Forge ng the simplicity in understanding, that life’s basis it is Love, For we ourselves are not the ones, who have the right to judge, We cannot see through others eyes, that is for the One Above, As each has their own weaknesses, as faults lie within us all, Change is but a moment away, if we but listen to the call, Igni ng the spark, the inner flame, that aches for to be free, We cannot change the past; it’s me to let it be, The protec ve shield needs to be restored, for life’s dilemmas to be solved, As we are constantly tested, in strength and in resolve, To break the bonds that restrict with guilt, to finally release, Reconnec ng your inner being, to find the en rety of peace, To focus your inten on, to strive towards your goal, To feel Love’s warmth, to crystallize, the journey of the soul.
