Success! Planned Parenthood has been defunded for one year, stripping the abortion corporation of over $500 million in taxpayer funds. According to Planned Parenthood, nearly 200 abortion facilities are facing possible closure due to losing funding.
The abortion corporation has received billions in our taxpayer dollars since funding began in 1970. This will be the first year ever that the abortion chain is barred from federal funds.
After years of work at Live Action to defund Planned Parenthood – this is a great step forward as we continue working toward the total and permanent defunding and closure of Planned Parenthood.
