Would you like to live as independently as you can? Would you choose to live with support, with people like yourself, under the same roof?

At Livability, we can offer you a great place to live. It’s your life and you should be able to live it how you want. So at Livability, we will listen to you and make sure your choices are a top priority.

We offer different kinds of residential care and different living arrangements. Some of our homes are for just a few people. Others have space for 20 or more.

The people who live at Livability are all different.

Some people need support with everything.

Others need some support, sometimes. We will work with you to agree what support you need and how we should provide it.

What you eat

Having your own space is important to everyone. At some of our homes, residents have their own flatlets.

These have a kitchen area and ensuite facilities.

Do you like to cook for yourself? Or have a delicious meal served to you? Livability homes support you to have a healthy diet.

Some homes have technology that lets you control most things from your wheelchair or bed. At all our homes, residents have their own personalised bedroom.

We make sure you get to choose food you enjoy. If you have a special diet, our trained staff will cater for you.

Our staff You can meet up with other residents and spend time together in the lounge areas.

Where you go and what you do All of us do best when we can do things we enjoy. Many of our residents go to college or a day centre. Some go to work.

Livability residents tell us over and over again how great our staff are. The staff don’t just talk about supporting you to be as independent as possible – they make it happen.

We are proud of our staff because they are professional and enthusiastic. They will provide the best service they can for you. You can read more about our high standards on page 9.

Seeing your family and friends We can support you to go shopping or to get around on public transport. Having fun is important so we make sure you get to do this too.

When you live with us, you can invite friends and family into your home. Often, family members get involved in the life of the home and come along to social events. Most homes have parking space for visitors. Some have space for people to stay over.
