By law, including most recently the Care Standards Act, any disabled person or family where there is a disabled person is entitled to approach their local social services department for financial assistance for taking a holiday. Some other organisations, such as Tourism For All and RADAR, will also sometimes consider providing financial help.

Guide to booking your holiday

Whether you use a wheelchair, or you’re recovering from illness or surgery, our specially adapted and equipped holiday accommodation offers all you need to have a great break.

If the accommodation is available on the dates you require we will send you a provisional booking form and ask you to pay a deposit or booking fee.

Contact us by phone or in writing (see below) Tell us which property suits you best and the dates you would like to stay.

The full cost of the holiday must be made 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the start of your holiday. If we do not receive full payment on time, your holiday may be cancelled.
