Student Affairs Co-Curricular Learning Outcomes
Academic Progress & Success
Students will cultivate skills such as time management, study habits, and self-care that promote academic success through multifaceted curricular and co-curricular programs. Students will build a knowledge base to self-register each semester based on advising guidance from Success Coaches. Students will know and understand how to access all resources available to them on campus for Academic and personal support. Aligned with Institutional Learning Outcome #6: Critical Inquiry and Analysis
Career Readiness
Through consultation with their Success Coach, students will be able to decipher their personal interests, strengths, values, and skills to inform their academic and career paths. Students will know how to access all resources available to them on campus for career support and exploration. Students will develop a personal professional development plan. Students will be able to communicate their curricular and co-curricular experiences and transferrable skills gained in ways that will distinguish them in their application process. Civic Responsibility and Service
Students will be able identify how service experiences have developed their skills and interests and align with their academic and career goals. Students will develop a local and global perspective of civic responsibility and articulate how their individual passions and public service efforts contribute to promoting equitable and inclusive communities for all.
