Amy is 11 eleven years old and she was just been admitted to a government school from an international school. In the lonely time when she just transferred to another school, it was the cello that gave her the most company. She likes to play the cello.

Anne Marie Ang is a professional engineer and a proud mother of two lovely young children.
She started learning the violin as a young adult and has continued learning the instrument through marriage, motherhood and a full time job.

Yu Chen is a 9-year-old violinist. This is his 2nd public performance. He has been learning violin since 7.
Christian Tjio
Fascinated by the violin, Christian's musical journey started at the age of 3. Since then, he has dedicated countless hours to mastering the instrument, displaying a remarkable ear for music. His favorite genres are classical and worship songs, which showcase his appreciation for the emotive power and beauty of these melodies. Surprisingly, in addition to his classical preferences, Christian is also an ardent Swiftie! With an ambition that knows no bounds, Christian aspires to one day, take center stage alongside international stars, particularly envisioning the opportunity to perform with his idol, Taylor Swift. Beyond music, Christian is a naturally inquisitive and imaginative child. His curiosity leads him to daydream about endless possibilities, exploring the "what ifs" that the world has to offer.

I started learning the violin during Covid as I wanted to pick up a new instrument (The photo shows me playing on an electronic organ).
It is humbling to start from the basics and I hope to be able to bring share my musical journey with the rest of the audience!

I love listening to cello pieces like the Edgar cello concerto. Fun fact: I can play the piano and I started learning the cello last year!
Denise Alison Dy
Denise is eldest of three siblings. She loves reading books, drawing, and listening to music. Aside from playing the violin, she dabbles in piano and aikido.
Ella Louise Jong
Ella is turning ten this year and plays the violin, piano and sings in the Intermediate Choir for Voices of Singapore. Ella enjoys horse-riding but still can ’t decide if playing a new song on the violin is more thrilling or cantering on her horse.
Ella practises her violin diligently so that she can perform on Britain’ s Got Talent. Who knows, her winning act may just be horse-riding whilst playing the violin!
Ethan Ong
Ethan is currently in Primary 5, and has been learning the violin on and off for around 4-5 years now. His favourite thing about the violin is the range of emotions it can convey, and he likes the challenge of learning new songs.
In his free time, he enjoys playing and even just chatting about the game Minecraft. He is also a Pokémon fan, and recently started weekly rock climbing.
Harper Avery Tan
My name is Harper Avery Tan and I am seven years old this year. I have been playing the violin for the last 3 years and I really enjoy my lessons with Teacher Wei Han.
I love listening to music whenever I can, singing to songs in the car as my daddy drives me to school every morning and more than anything - I like to dance to happy songs while I sing at the top of my voice!

Jireh is a talented individual who has a deep passion for music and a zest for life. He began his violin learning journey at a young age and has since become a skilled and captivating performer. Alongside his musical pursuits, Jireh enjoys golfing as a way to relax and connect with nature
He also has a keen interest in media, including films, books, and photography, which inspire his creativity and add depth to his performances. Jireh is dedicated to nurturing his musical talents while embracing his hobbies, aiming to inspire others through his artistry.

An engineer in weekday profession who believes it is never too late to pursue violin and musicianship.
Lim Shi Yun
Shi Yun started violin at the age of three as a cheerful learner under the care of Teacher Wang Shaojun. Through a year of learning, she had familiarise and established confident on the instrument handling.
Moving forward, she hopes to gain more opportunities and coaching toward better skills and technique for future performance.
Lucca Jacob Jong
Lucca is ten years old and he plays the violin, drums and piano. He finds that music soothes him and playing his violin helps calm him down after a busy day at school.
He enjoys funny songs which include toilet humour such as, "1812 Ofarture" by the students of Jerome Hortwitz Elementry School, and the "Macaroni song" . He also likes classical pieces such as "Canon in D" and " Summer" . His dream is to become a good violinist and to play at the Royal Albert Hall someday.
Olivia Elizabeth
Olivia is 4 years old. She's been taking violin lessons from Wang Shaojun for the past 1 year. She loves music and looks forward to her lessons.
Other than violin, she is also taking piano lessons taught by non other than mommy. She enjoys swimming, Lego and reading during her free time.

Shyanne Tan
Shyanne Tan Si En 15 has been playing violin at age 6. She is pursuing Violin as a music elective, a 4 year programme, in school. Her keen interest is in classical music and performs actively as a soloist and an ensemble musician.
Song Yanting
Song Yanting is warm and cheerful. She loves music very much. Her exciting cello journey stars from one year and a half ago. She wants to bring you the wonderful feeling of music with her cello.
Tan Sock Lan
Sock Lan picked up violin at 30 to cultivate a life long hobby. Despite competing life priorities, inertia to change and not so agile fingers, she perseveres with her practices, supported by the kind understanding of her family and the patient tutelage of Teacher Wei Han.
