It’s so lovely to meet you! Let’s talk cake smash sessions! You can find plenty of photographers who offer custom digital background sets. These images are often heavily edited and enhanced with AI. It's a style that many people love, but it's simply not what I offer. Every set I create is handmade and thoughtfully designed for each client. Before your session, we'll have a client call where you'll share your vision for your baby's cake smash. Together, we'll design a set that feels special and unique to your little one. Your photos will be lightly edited for color and polish, but I do not use AI or digital backgrounds. My photography is meant to capture real moments as they are. I love creating classic, beautiful, timeless images of my little clients and their families—photos you'll cherish for years to come. On the following pages, you'll find samples of my cake smash photography. I've been doing this for a very long time, and I'm incredibly proud of the consistency, quality, and care that come from years of experience, practice, and patience. The Ultimate Cake Smash Session option is best for those who are looking to get family photos, sibling photos, updated one year old photos, and cake smash photos. This session starts with a mini family photo session created on a plain paper background in my studio. We
then
transition
to
sibling
photos
on
the
same backdrop and updated one year old pics too. These are clean shots of your kiddos meant for the perfect gallery wall in your home. Finally we’ll move on to your child’s custom cake smash set and complete their session with their cake smash! This session is an all incusive session.

The Simple Cake Smash Session option is best for those who are eager to celebrate their little ones big day, but aren’t looking for a custom set or family photos. There are no modifications in the pre-made sets. All photos will be taken on the chosen set. This session comes with 5 final images for download. Cake Smash Pricing All Cake Smash Sessions take place in my Glen Ridge, NJ studio.
For the Complete and Ultimate cake smash, you will need two outfits - one for one year old portraits and another for the cake smash! (it will get messy!) You are required to bring the cake to my studio. Due to allergy concerns, I can not provide the cake for your little one. So please plan accordingly. You'll want a 6" round cake for the smash! For the Complete and Ultimate cake smash, you'll choose your theme in advance and see my progress as I will post prep videos on instagram the day before your scheduled session. For all Complete & Ultimate cake smash sessions, I custom build every set for the child I'm working with. For all Simple Cake Smash sessions a pre-designed background will be provided. Cake Smash Sessions run about one hour long, so be sure to pack snacks and water for baby! Please book your free ocnsultation call with me!
