Values

At Parsons House Nursery we believe in nurturing our children with important values that will shape their character and future. We instil four core values into them: Fun, Individuality, Independence, and Kindness. These values are the foundation of their personal growth and development.

To support children’s understanding of each value and how to embody them, we have created unique characters called ‘Our Valuable Friends’. We actively teach these values by providing the children with engaging stories about Kindness Kangaroo, Independent Iguana, Individual Insect and Fun Flamingo!

We understand the significance of positive reinforcement in shaping behaviour. That’s why our dedicated staff takes every opportunity to praise and acknowledge children when they demonstrate these values. This encouragement not only boosts their confidence but also reinforces the importance of these core principles.
