THE GOAL OF OUR ATHLETIC SUMMER CAMPS IS TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO MEET OUR COACHES AND LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS, EXPECTATIONS, AND TERMINOLOGY WE TEACH TO DEVELOP SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO COMPETE AT A HIGH LEVEL.

Come be a part of the championship tradition at our annual baseball camps. Learn the fundamentals of the game through individual instruction, skill contests, game competition, and station work. All campers should bring their glove, spikes, bat (optional), catcher’s gear (optional).

Elementary Camp (K-5) $75 Junior High Camp (6-8) $75 This camp is for boys entering grades kindergarten through eighth grade and will emphasize ball handling and shooting fundamentals. This camp will also give players an opportunity to compete in several camp competitions.

The instructors will be members of the high school staff or players from our program. It is a great way to learn in a positive and fun environment.

High School Camp (9-12) $100 This camp is for boys entering 9th and 12th grades and will emphasize fundamentals needed to be successful at the high school level. Instruction will involve learning the basics of the Lisle High School offensive and defensive systems as well as preparation for summer competition at various shootouts in June.

Elementary & Junior High Camp (K-8) $75 This camp will focus on the following individual skills - shooting, dribbling, passing, ball handling, rebounding, footwork, defensive and offensive moves, team skills, and daily competitions and games.

High School Camp (9-12) $125 This camp will focus on the following individual skills - shooting, dribbling, passing, ball handling, rebounding, footwork, defensive and offensive moves. SUMMER BOWLING CAMP (COED 6-12) $75 Come join us for the first year of the Lisle Lions Summer Bowling Camp! This camp is designed for any incoming Lisle Junior High and Lisle High School students for the 2022-2023 school year interested in bowling. Open to all levels of bowlers -- no experience necessary! Your students will learn and review basic bowling etiquette, scoring, skills, and drills all aimed at becoming better bowlers.

Junior High Camp (6-8) $75 This camp is for incoming 6th-8th grade boys and girls who are interested in learning, developing and improving their cheerleading skills. Skills will include tumbling, cheer motions, stunting, jumps, flexibility, and projection. All skill-levels are welcome. Camp is run by current Lisle cheer coaches and athletes. A camp t-shirt will be provided at the end- please provide a size during registration.

High School Camp (9-12) $75 This camp is for incoming 9th-12th grade athletes who are interested in developing and improving their cheerleading skills as well as building strength to prepare for the 2022-2023 seasons. Lisle cheer athletes are encouraged to join and improve their strength, conditioning, and cheerleading experience, skill, and knowledge. Camp will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays for five weeks total. Camp will be run by Lisle cheerleading coaches. A camp t-shirt will be provided at the end- please provide a size during registration.

We'll be building a community of runners through games, exercises, snacks, and field trips! Flag Football Camp (5-8) FREE - Lisle Junior High Athletes will gather once a week for three weeks to participate in passing drills, defensive drills and alignment, as well as 7 on 7 flag football games at the end of each session. This is a great opportunity for young athletes to get on the field and learn the basics of the sport!

High School Camp (9-12) $200 Strength & Conditioning - High School Weight Room Athletes will gather for 3 weeks to learn proper lifting technique as well as conditioning exercises to prepare for the upcoming football season.

Team Camp - Lisle Junior High Wilde Field Players will participate in various drills, workouts, and team activities to learn different positions and their responsibilities within our program. During this time, high school athletes will receive equipment and begin participating in contact drills.

Elementary Camp (1-5) $100 Our elementary camp is open to incoming first through fifth graders who are looking to improve their skills, work hard, make new friends, and have fun! Players of all abilities are welcome to sign up for camp. Campers will be split by grade level and work in small groups with Lisle High School coaches and current and former players. Daily camp sessions will include skill work on dribbling, finishing, passing, and opportunities for small sided games. Campers will have the chance to win daily prizes including t-shirts, soccer balls, and other Lisle High School Soccer gear! All campers will receive a t-shirt for participating in camp.

Junior High Camp (6-8) $100 Come train with the Lisle High School Soccer coaches and current and former players in our junior high camp. Our junior high camp is open to incoming sixth through eighth graders who are looking to improve their skills and prepare for their future high school soccer careers! Players of all abilities are welcome to sign up for camp. Daily camp sessions will include skill work on dribbling, finishing, passing, and opportunities for small sided games. Campers will have the chance to win daily prizes including t-shirts, soccer balls, and other Lisle High School Soccer gear! All campers will receive a t-shirt for participating in camp.

High School Camp (9-12) $100 (Girls) $125 (Boys) Open to incoming freshman through seniors interested in playing soccer for Lisle High School. Daily sessions will include skill development on dribbling, passing, speed and agility work, and small sided scrimmages. Boys camp will also include three summer league games played throughout July. COED Elementary Camp (3-5) $85 This is the perfect opportunity for your student to learn the fundamentals of the sport. Lessons will focus on agility, balance, and coordination of gross motor skills to accelerate skill development and basic stroke production needed to serve, rally and score.

COED Junior High Camp (6-8) $85 Students will be shaping their skills in becoming more fundamentally sound in movement and technique to handle more advanced play on a full court space. Students at this level can rally and will begin to experiment adding different dimensions to their game: consistency, directional control, spin, and depth.

COED High School Camp (9-12) $85 This camp is geared towards players that want to play at the varsity/JV level for Lisle High School. All aspects of the game will be covered including stroke production, footwork, strategies and tactics. Students should have the ability to use and control all 5 dimensions of their game: consistency, depth, direction, spins, and speed.

WRESTLING ➔

Open Mat (K-12) $100

This camp is for athletes who are interested in learning, developing and improving their wrestling skills and techniques. No experience is necessary- all skill-levels are welcome! Camp is run by current LHS wrestling coaches and athletes. Please wear athletic clothes and gym shoes. Each wrestler will be provided a LHS wrestling summer camp shirt. The camp will also include an open mat portion during the last 30 minutes of the day. Open mats gives wrestlers the opportunity to practice, improve, and wrestle live on our mats. Participants are "on their own" but may find other kids to work with and improve their skills.
