Regulation of the Access to Training Support Program

Article One Framework

1. One of the cornerstones of the activities of LisbonPH - Junior Enterprise for Entrepreneurship of the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Lisbon (FFUL) - is the access to relevant and quality training, continuously ensured by our services.

Article Two

Objectives

1. The objectives of LisbonPH, through this program, are:

a. Guarantee accessible training, with pertinent and quality content, through the full co-payment of the e-Learning courses on the Thinkific platform desired by the trainee;

b. Create measures to encourage the development of skills needed for the labor market;

c. Encourage the importance of seeking continuous training in the area of Health;

d. Inclusion and equal opportunities at the training level.

Article Three Conditions for Application

1. Students and Healthcare Professionals who present proof of need for social support/declaration of unemployment shall be eligible to apply for the Access to Training Support Program.

2. The application period will run from 18th of june, 2024 to 18th of july, 2024.

Article Four

Application Process

1. The application must be submitted electronically by the deadline. This application implies completing the online "Application Form" and attaching and sending the following documents:

a. Candidate's Curriculum Vitae;

b. Proof of Scholarship/Proof of Enrollment for the 2023/2024 school year, in case of being a Student;

c. Statement of Unemployment Status, in case of being a Health Professional.

2. Applications that do not present, cumulatively, the documents mentioned above as mandatory will be automatically excluded.

Article Five Deadlines

1. Applications will be accepted from 18th of june, 2024 to 18th of july, 2024.

2. The results of the applications will be sent individually to each applicant, upon approval by the Program, with a deadline of no more than one (1) month after submission of the application.

3. Applications submitted outside the application period will not be considered.

Article Six Selection Criteria

1. The selection criteria for awarding the scholarship are as follows:

a. Order of enrollment in the program;

b. Level of need for social support:

b.1 Proof of social scholarship, if Student;

b.2 Declaration of Unemployment by IEFP, if Professional.

c. Motivation paragraph on the form;

d. Curriculum Vitae of the candidate.

2. The program is not limited to vacancies, but selection will be made by evaluating and choosing applications.

Article Seven

Confidentiality

1. LisbonPH guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data that is within the scope of its responsibility of treatment, and these data are treated in a way that ensures their security, including protection against unauthorized treatment.

Article Eight

Final Provisions

1. The selected applicant can only receive support from the Access to Training Support Programme for as long as it is in force.

2. The Access to Training Support Program is in effect for six (6) months after the applicant's confirmation of access to it.

Article Nine Doubts and Omissions

1. The cases of omission and the doubts of interpretation or application of these Regulations are submitted to the Board of Directors of LisbonPH for final deliberation.
