Hiroyuki Ohnishi

Artist Name : Hiroyuki Ohnishi Genre : Oil painting Birth: 1953 One of the most important works of the painter Hiroyuki Onishi is his depiction of beautiful women. The women in his paintings are characterized by their strongwilled eyes, beautiful curves, and fragile atmosphere. His works have a very philosophical atmosphere, which is the most attractive feature of his works, and the melancholy atmosphere is wonderful.

Another thing that should not be forgotten when discussing Hiroyuki Onishi's works is the blank space. The margins, which give the viewer a sense of the temperature and weight of the air surrounding the motif figures, is something that cannot be experienced anywhere else but in Hiroyuki Onishi's works. This beauty of the margins is not only supported by the artist's technical skills, such as the unique cropping and composition of the figures, but also by his strong philosophy regarding the boundaries between people, objects, and space. The overwhelming density of the beauty of the margins and the portraits of women that evoke the inner lives and pasts of these people make Hiroyuki Onishi's beautiful paintings of women a profoundly weighty work. 2004-2014-ART EXPO NY 2011-ART SANTAFE 1984-2010-Solo exhibition every year 2017-Swiss SWART BASEL 2018-ART EXPO LASVEGAS 2019-ART VANCOUVER 29

Title : 「FUJIYAMA」 Artist Name : Emi Rokujo Genre : Oil painting Size : H530×W455(mm) Birth: 1935 / 12 / 10

In 20th century art, painting stopped needing to be realistic, and people inevitably came to demand that artists have expressive abilities. When creative freedom rules over artists, expression reaches the utmost limit of feeling. Emi Rokujo's work has reached that level. In recent years, she has been drawing Mt. Fuji with a very unique use of color. Fuji is full of energy and has a mysterious appeal. Her works, which seem to have been extracted from the depths of her soul, move the viewer. Her distinctive use of color is something no one else can imitate. The use of new colors, which has never been done before, has a great impact. Her artworks will remain with a strong presence. 2016-Korea Art Gyeongju2016 2016-Korea Changwon Art Fair2016 2016-Korea Hotel art project 2017-Hong Kong Premier Art Fair 2018-Introduce Japanese Art Exhibition in TOKYO 2018-TOKYO ART FAIR 2019-USA ART PROJECT~MIAMI,SANDIEGO,LASVEGAS 31

Fumiko Henmi

Artist Name : Fumiko Henmi Genre : Watercolor painting Birth: 1957 Her works, which seem to symbolize fantasy and spiritual worlds, give one the strange illusion of being lost in some other world. Unlike universal watercolor paintings, the spirituality and fantasy world of these paintings are altered by the artist's own hands to compose a unique worldview. At first glance, this work is difficult to understand, but the more one appreciates it, the more one understands its depth. The interesting composition of the complex interplay of colors and compositions, the wonder of the colors, which are mainly deep green but do not become too heavy, and the melancholic and fantastic atmosphere of the overall work remind us of the great artists of the past. The fantastical world she depicts is a one-of-a-kind work that invites the viewer into the world of fairy tales. 34

Title:「Wisteria flowers and the moon」 Artist Name : MIHO Genre : Paper-cutting Art Size : H455×W380(mm) When you look at her work, you will feel the mysterious power of comfort. This is because she has different ideas from other paper cutting artists. The greatest charm of her paper cutting works lies in the harmony between the paper cutting and the background. In general, not many paper cutting works consider the background to be important. However, the backgrounds of her works have the same delicacy as the cutout parts. For the background, all kinds of art, such as pastels, are selected for each work to bring out the best of the cutout part. Of course, the cut-out part of her work is also of the highest quality. The fluid movement of the motifs and the unique patterns she creates bring a magical atmosphere to the work. I would like many people to see this unique work of art. 35

Kazuko Komatsubara

Title : Glowing Dark Red Artist Name : Kazuko Komatsubara Genre : Calligraphy Size : H1360×W350 (mm) Her calligraphy, as soft and delicate as her works, soothes and washes the mind. Moreover, her works are also powerful. She is probably the only artist who can combine such contradictory elements into a single work. Her work also shows her attention to detail in her choice of paper. The original text, the atmosphere of the characters, and the quality of the paper. Rather than having these elements mutually erase each other's good qualities, they are selected so that they appear better as a single work. It is rare to find a work of calligraphy with this level of attention to detail. This must be one of the most representative works of calligraphy in Japan. 47

Atsuko Iketani

Title : 「AKITSUSHIMA」| Artist Name : Atsuko Iketani | Genre : JAPANESE POEM Size : H210×W297(mm) | Birth: 192 The language of Iketani, for example, the work of Akitsushima, is very old. It is too beautiful and is a "lie" from modern times. Still, Iketani uses that word. It is not that Iketani is choosing from himself. There is a voice that tells h er to use that word, and Iketani follows it. There is everything of “Shizuka” in the movement of being guided and obeying. The shape is beautiful in the movement of being guided and obeying. --- This does not mean everyone, and that doesn't mean everyone will be beautiful. However, in the case of Iketani, when poetry encounters words like that and dodges love, poetry is beautifully crystallized there. Takeshi Yamagata

Title: Moss and rainbow bridges Artist Name:Takeshi Yamagata Genre:Craft Size:H680×W400(mm) There are approximately 20,000 species of mosses in the world, and about 1,800 species are recognized in Japan, despite its small land area. It is said to be the descendant of a plant that first made its way onto the earth's land about 460 million years ago, after having previously only grown in water. Moss has been a familiar part of the Japanese culture since ancient times. The poem "Kimigayo" is accompanied by the words "Sazareishi no gan ni natte nori no musubete" (From the ripening of moss to the formation of rocks), which indicates the longevity of moss. Although moss is often associated with a negative image, such as being grimy, it is easy to handle and can be enjoyed by men and women of all ages, and moss art is booming around the world. In recent years, moss has also been attracting attention for its use in rooftop greening, taking full advantage of its characteristics. 55

Sachiko Nagayama

Title : Seven Tanka Poems Artist Name : Sachiko Nagayama Material : Paper Genre : Tanka Size : H297×W420 (mm) I think she is the most unadorned poet in Japan. She has created many works, all of which are derived from the ordinary scenes of her daily life. She depicts such trivial happiness in her daily life in her poems and reminds viewers of the happiness they have overlooked. No other work brings as much comfort and peace of mind as hers. We hope you enjoy these wonderful works of poetry that Japan is proud to present to the world.
