Dear Visitor, Thank you for visiting our home. When we relocated to the Williamson County area, we choose Franklin and Stream Valley for many reasons. It has proven to be an exceptionally convenient location - a quick commute to downtown, and easy to get to the many entertainment venues, restaurants, and shopping. You can enjoy a night out within 15 minutes and still be at home quickly and easily. We also selected Franklin for its exceptional public schools and Stream Valley for its wonderful common areas and walkways. Stream Valley is great for an evening stroll with our dog and to catch up with our neighbors, or to hang out at the community pool. We built our home with a great deal of thought and an intentional focus on creating the type of home that invited warmth, encouraged togetherness, and sharing of good times with friends and family. Our home has become a place where as a family we gather to discuss everything from soccer to civics, to school, relationships and of course the foods and places we love from around the world, it is a place of planning and dreaming. Speaking of food, the gourmet kitchen has hosted countless dinners both at the dining table and along the granite countertop. The oversized deck and stone patio with fire pit, under-light knee wall, and 10’ granite BBQ center are a focal point for entertaining and much joy. Our family has thrived within this house, our son emerged as a nationally performing scholar-athlete pursuing his dreams, and as such we are called to support those dreams and are relocating so that he may attend a top-tier Soccer Development Academy. This house was kind to us, it has been the backdrop for most of our important memories. While it is time for us to go, we are so very pleased that it will welcome another family and become that trusted friend, that sense of belonging and warmth that makes you truly feel you are home.
