Site Location

The site is located on the Hosur road in the Bangalore urban with 9 acres longitudinal with access from the main road at the South

Perfected by time; an icon of the future. Each structure is designed as a unique component just as a pebble is formed by the ebbing and flowing of water over time.

Area Statement

Fluidity in motion; a symbol of strength. Inspired by the curvature and connectivity of a human spine that represents strength and motion.
Building from creativity; sustained through connection.

These interlocking cube and cuboid blocks represent creativity and individuality brought together with a joint conscience.

• The angular shapes of the structures are derived from the slicing of the elongated site at acute angles.

• Deconstruction of the Acute Triangle as you move through the site creates direction and energy.
• The circular cross sections of the footbridges resemble the tunnels which carry water under pressure, resembling the flow of energy.
• The bridges’ angular supports that straddle the road are reminiscent of a triangle.
• The top-most floor of IT Tower 2 offers a green sustainable breakout space.
• The Amphitheatre and the Convention Centre have achieved a duality between open and enclosed, visible and concealed.
Imbibed with intensity; steadfast in direction.
Inspired by the angles of an acute triangle, combined with aerodynamic forms that represent energy and direction.
• The Amphitheatre is placed such that the audience is visible to passers-by, but not the performers.
• The public spaces are a perfect example of inversion in both plan and elevation.

• The angular overhang of the Convention Centre inverts the shape of the Amphitheatre.
• Two Basement Levels provide ample parking for occupants and visitors.

EXTERIOR CLADDING- HIGH PRESURE LAMINATES

BRAND : FUNDERMAX
Composition Of Hpl

A decorative surface material , available with special performance properties including chemical, fire and wear resistance.
HPL is produced by saturating multiple layers of kraft paper with phenolic resin. A layer of printed décor paper is placed on top of the kraft paper before pressing. The resulting sandwich is fused together under heat and pressure (more than 1,000 PSI). Because phenolic and melamine resins are thermoset plastics, the curing process transforms the resin into plastic by a cross linking process that converts the paper sheets into a single, rigid laminated sheet. Thermo-setting creates strong, irreversible bonds that contribute to HPL’s durability.

Sustainable Production
Max Exterior is made from natural fiber panels around 65%, by weight consisting largely of wood that has been processed into “kraft papers”.
