As we bring this Yearbook to life, I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who has contributed to this project
This publication is more than a collection of stories and milestones; it reflects the people, achievements, and experiences that have shaped our community throughout the year Every submission, photo, and idea has helped capture the spirit of who we are and what we have accomplished together
As you turn these pages, we hope you enjoy celebrating the memories, achievements, and growth that shaped our fiscal year as much as we enjoyed creating this Yearbook and reflecting on the incredible impact of our community. Reflection
from EOA Operations Leadership
Pepijn Ten Cate
It has now been more than 12 years since I walked in as a participant at my very first EOA Learning Day Not knowing what to expect, I sat down and waited to see what would unfold At the time, I had absolutely no idea that I had just walked into a gym This program changed my life My trainer, my perspective, my coach, my mirror, my accountability partners, my compass - each played a role The content expanded my knowledge, but more importantly, my own growth transformed my life
The BHAG became a magnet, guiding the company's direction as it grew. It turned primary concerns into secondary ones and transformed words on paper into a company that creates more impact every day than I could have ever imagined. I have so much to be grateful for, and the passion I feel for EOA is reflected all over the world. What is it about? Does something like EOA Energy truly exist? Every day, I see a community that I deeply admireone where so many people give their best, day in and day out, to support and strengthen the program. Processes evolve to meet global needs. People connect, share experiences, inspire one another, and apply knowledge in countless ways. This community of more than 2,500 people truly carries EOA Energy - something unprecedented in its kind and incredibly contagious. But above all, it is simply wonderful to be part of, with immense potential for the future.
I would like to thank everyone for their efforts. I wish I could shake each person’s hand and tell them how much this has mattered - but most importantly, to say words that far too often remain unspoken: Thank you. Thank you for your contribution to this EOA Energy. Special thanks to the EOA Member leaders, Strategic Task Force members, Trainers, Growth Directors, Experts, Chairs, and Chapter Admin.
