I look back at FY25/26 with gratitude, pride, and a sweet sorrow. Gratitude and pride for what we‘ve achieved in Europe. A sweet sorrow for completing two (in practice 2.5) years in my role as regional chair for Europe, learning, growing, moving out of my comfort zone, and making an impact.
In this EO Europe Yearbook you‘ll see much of what our 24 (and 2 launching) chapters have achieved - entrepreneurs who grew, learned from each other, and had fun together.
We, in Europe’s regional leadership of 30+ member leaders and staff have been a quiet (and sometimes a little less quiet) force behind this.
This year we achieved a lot. Area Directors are on top of their game, presidents are actively learning to help each other across chapters, and the KPIs dashboard we rolled out is giving us clear direction on where to act. That’s a solid base for next year’s leaders to stand on.
The regional growth incentive program (GIP)
is converting well, and chapters are pushing towards their growthcast targets. We launched the CHIC (CHapter Intensive Care) process to address at-risk chapters head-on, staffed it with the right people, and aligned 3 chapters with a clear path forward. Like Quini Cordero, our global chair said, we are doing hard things.
Our forum program had a breakout year. 45 forum workshop subsidies were handed out - upskilling over 500 members. Cross-chapter events are now a real tradition. EO Unlimited in Geneva, Europe’s flagship regional event, sold out again. The Global AI Summit drew over 2,000 registrants. Next Gen established a proper board and tripled participation. Our MyEO WhatsApp community hit 2,000 members.
And here’s a number worth sitting with: Europe’s chapters have an average NPS of 66, the highest across all EO regions. We must be doing something right.
I won’t pretend it was all smooth. On-leave members will challenge our renewal numbers. We had governance friction in some chapters, and CHIC implementation took more
energy than expected. We’re carrying these into next year with open eyes.
None of this happens without the people. Our Regional Leadership, regional staff, regional experts, chapter presidents, chapter chairs, and chapter staff did the actual work - from training in Sri Lanka, connecting in Geneva to showing up on every call, every month.
We have a 3-year vision for Europe now.
FY 25/26 was the year we proved this region can run exceptionally well and as I pass the baton on to the next Regional Chair, Wendy Van Ierschot from EO Netherlands, I know the next one is on track to run even better.
Always grateful,
Andreas Konstantinou Regional Chair FY24/25 & 25/26, EO Europe
EO Europe 3-Year Vision 2025-2028
EO Europe 3-Year Vision 2025 - 2028
Last updated: September 2025
The Europe 3-Year Vision 2025–2028, written by Europe’s Regional Council, is our collective aspiration for what EO in Europe will look like three years from now—a thriving, borderless community of entrepreneurs where every chapter is strong, every member experiences transformative growth, and every leader finds purpose in giving back.

European Leadership Conference 2025
ELC in Geneva brought together board members from chapters across Europe, alongside the Europe Regional Council, Experts, and Leads. The energy was electric, vibrant discussions, deep knowledge sharing, and meaningful connections flowed not just in mini forums, but throughout every break and conversation. We’re incredibly grateful to each of you for showing up, engaging fully, and giving EO the most valuable thing you have: your time. Thank you for your leadership, your presence, and your continued commitment to building something bigger together.
EO Unlimited 2025
EO Unlimited 2025 brought together entrepreneurs from across Europe and beyond in Geneva from 17–19 September for three days of learning, connection, and growth. Hosted at the InterContinental Geneva, the event featured engaging keynote sessions from Niro Sivanathan and Barrett Ersek, who challenged attendees to think differently about leadership, resilience, and creating opportunity from adversity. Through thought-provoking content and shared experiences, members gained fresh perspectives to apply in both business and life. True to EO’s spirit, the most impactful moments extended beyond the stage. EO Unlimited created opportunities for entrepreneurs to build trusted relationships, exchange diverse perspectives, and strengthen connections across industries, cultures, and borders. Attendees left Geneva inspired by the power of community, energized by new ideas, and reminded that together we grow.
Transcend AI 2025
From November 11–13, Transcend brought more than 140 EO members from around the world to Istanbul for a deep dive into the fast-evolving world of AI. Organized by EO Türkiye, Europe Bridge, and Greece, the event featured world class speakers, hands on AI workshops, and opportunities for exploring real-world tools that explored where AI is heading and how each of us can help shape its future.
GLC 2026
The EO Global Leadership Conference (GLC) 2026 in Dublin brought together thousands of EO member leaders, professional staff, and partners from around the world for a shared moment of learning, connection, and alignment. Over three days, leaders from across EO’s global network came together to strengthen the foundations that support our chapters and regions - deepening understanding of governance, leadership best practices, and the collective responsibility we hold as a community of entrepreneurs.
Set against the backdrop of Dublin, the conference reflected EO’s purpose to move the world forward by unlocking the full potential of entrepreneurs. Through immersive learning sessions, peer exchange, and shared experiences, members were reminded that leadership in EO is not only about guiding chapters, but about building trust, connection, and growth across borders. GLC 2026 reaffirmed the power of coming together as one global networkaligned in purpose, strengthened by diversity, and committed to shaping the future of EO.
EMEA & South Asia Presidents’ Meeting 2026
When the Presidents of Entrepreneurs’ Organization Europe gathered alongside South Asia and MEPA, it was a powerful expression of shared responsibility for the future of our chapters.
Together with fellow Regional Chairs Uddhav Poddar and Abdullah M. Alarji, and Andreas Konstantinou, the conversation centered on one thing: raising the bar for chapter leadership and member experience across continents.
The strength of EO lies in Presidents who lead with intention, humility, and accountability. When three regions come together to share insights and challenge each other to think bigger, the impact extends far beyond the room.
Europe remains committed to thoughtful leadership, strong governance, and peer-to-peer excellence. And when we align across borders, we amplify what is possible for every member we serve.
NEXT GEN / GSEA
The EO NextGen and GSEA experience continues to create powerful moments of connection, learning, and perspective for the next generation of entrepreneurs. At GLC Dublin, our largest NextGen activation to date brought together young entrepreneurs and students in a truly global environment - many stepping into a completely new circle of peers and ideas. As one participant shared, “I have met people that I otherwise would have never met. This is a totally different environment for me… it opened my eyes.” That sense of discovery is exactly what makes NextGen so impactful: widening perspectives, building confidence, and expanding what young leaders believe is possible. Nearly every participant rated the experience 9 or 10 out of 10, with all respondents saying they would recommend it. Through the partnership between NextGen and the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA), EO is strengthening its commitment to supporting emerging entrepreneurs, creating bridges between generations, and cultivating the future of entrepreneurial leadership. This is the NextGen movement - growing leaders today, for the world they will shape tomorrow.
This year’s leadership reflections were captured through two key questions:
REGIONAL COUNCIL
ANDREAS KONSTANTINOU
Europe Regional Chair
Europe leadership team working very smoothly, Area Directors are on top of their game, growth is executing very well, and chapter dashboard is very directional in where we need to take actions.
We launched the CHIC (Chapter Intensive Care) process, staffed it with the best people, and aligned the three at-risk chapters with our mission to elevate them out of a risky stage.
HABBO DE VAERE
Finance Director
Stronger collaboration among Regional Finance Chairs through active support and continuous best practice sharing. Furthermore consistent budget alignment with Julianne and team to deliver real benefits to the chapters.
Chairs feeling happy and proud to be in their role. This reflected in the good atmosphere, positive feedback, and growing interest in joining the POL at the well attended Finance Chair dinner at GLC.
EYAL RONEN
Area Director
Area 3 Presidents highly connected to each other. They rely on each other for experience shares, and for deep collaboration.
We redesigned the Presidents calls in a way that became deeply valuable and engaging to presidents. All announcements are shared in a dedicated video, that a lot of the presidents can then share with their boards. The call itself is used for presidents to share successes and fuckups with each other. We learn and grow together!
BRIAN KAREY
Area Director
The relationships that have been built with Chapter Presidents. The engaged and committed presidents in Europe.
KOSTAS MAVROSKOTIS
Governance Director
Expansion of Governance consciousness and visibility in European Chapters.
Passing the baton to a great successor!
NATACHA NEUMANN
Area Director
Strong relationship to all my presidents, enabling a strong base for support and a strong relationship amongst my presidents.
Proud of our collaboration as an AD - Regional Manager team.
ARNAUD LELACHE
Area Director
Support of EO Ireland as host city and chapter of GLC.
Had feedback from most presidents that our 1+1 call made a difference to their year.
ERNEST VAN DER MEIJDE
Growth Director
As of May 13 - 280 new members joined Europe this fiscal year.
Proud of the structure and rhythm in daily operations of the European membership chairs built up through the Growth Incentive Program.
MARTIN BOEHM
Marketing & Partnerships Director
Seeing a chapter in Europe generate $50k in sponsorship for one chapter. There is a mindset shift in regards to SAPs and chapter relations leading to new opportunities.
Having a “full” and engaged team over the whole year :)
SACHA WAEDEMON
Products Director
Unlimited attendance and quality despite cost and selected event on track. Strong MyEO momentum across Europe.
Having a true synergy within the Products team between my two main Experts: MyEO & Learning.
GALIT BAR-TAL
Leadership Director
Final # POL application results report. Europe Y25/26 to Y26/27: T2 grew from 29 to 35, and T3 grew from 24 to 41. Europe ranks #2 across all regions in both T2 and T3 applications, following MEPA.
We set a standard to appoint Presidents-Elect by the beginning of October to ensure annual planning starts early across all chapters. Despite missing the kickoff alignment, successfully led a campaign that achieved positive results.
ANA ALDEA
Member Engagement Director
Success of the TEN passport and Breaking Barriers dinners initiatives uptake by chapters.
Having been able to successfully manage my two roles: expert and director.
TIMOTHY HOOLHORST
Accelerator Lead Expert
EOA is thriving in Europe and in Regional Leadership.
JLD 2026 Athens!
WENDY VAN IERSCHOT
NextGen Lead/Incoming Regional Chair
My big win is of course NextGen. From zero to five chapters organising events as well as an international gathering in Dublin. Parents that are ‘forced’ by their kids to step up into leadership to be able to join to Japan next year. A committee, a north star session, layout for the next year plus strategy and a super vibrant movement. Including a tenured member that came back to EO to join the NextGen movement. Foundation done. A lot of work still needed of course.
The vibrant community and two NextGen boards in our region with NextGenners to lead.

We are excited about the journey ahead and look forward to continuing to grow together.

In addition, we launched our first-ever Referral Cup Challenge, encouraging members to introduce prospective new members. The challenge featured two categories: Most Referrals and Most Female Referrals. Also in September 2025, we launched our EO Austria LinkedIn Initiative, committing to posting three times per week. Achievements/Highlights
This year, EO Germany Southwest was active both locally and internationally. Our Board attended the Global Leadership Conference in Dublin, bringing new perspectives back to the chapter.
Several times a year, we run Discover EO and Discover EO Accelerator events, with a conversion rate of around 90%, reflecting the strength of EO as a community and the draw it has for entrepreneurs.
This year also marked a particularly meaningful moment, our tenth anniversary. Looking back at how EO Germany Southwest began, how it has grown, and where it stands today, it is clear that this chapter is more than an organisation. It is a community built over ten years on commitment, trust, and shared experiences.
Year Overview
While many moments take place visibly at events, a chapter continues to develop behind the scenes.
At the Board Retreat in St. Goar, we worked together on direction, collaboration, and priorities. This was complemented by the Facilitators’ Retreat, which strengthened the quality of our Forum work.

Chapter Retreat/Beginning Of The Year Dinner
To close one EO year and open the next, the Hamburg chapter gathered on the private rooftop terrace of Sturmfreie Bude in Hamburg’s HafenCity district. The evening was EO at its best. No formal agenda, just entrepreneurs showing up, sharing openly, and having the kind of conversations that only happen when trust is already in the room. A reminder of why we built this community.

1. Dandapani in Hamburg
On February 19th, EO Hamburg brought Dandapani to the East Hotel for a speaker event open to EO Europe.
2. Neujahrsempfang - New Year’s Reception
This was the perfect mix of lightness and momentum: an energised launch into 2026, made special by the people who showed up.
3. Leadership Champions: Dr Marco Rathschlag
The first edition of EO Hamburg’s new Leadership Champions series featured psychologist and mental performance trainer Dr Marco Rathschlag, who spoke to around 20 members and Accelerators.
This year, EO Hamburg showed up with the intention of learning, growing, and supporting each other. We opened on a private rooftop in HafenCity, and that energy carried through everything that followed. World-class speakers, new formats, packed rooms, real conversations.
Dandapani challenged us to simplify and think in decades. Dr Marco Rathschlag reminded us that strong leaders do the inner work. Our New Year’s reception reminded us that the best thing about EO is still the people in the room.
The chapter also grew in membership, in forum depth, and in presence across EO Europe.
Year Overview
It has been a year of growth in business, in leadership, and in community. Members scaled companies, entered new markets, and took on leadership roles beyond the chapter.
As a chapter, we deepened our Forum culture, welcomed new members and Accelerators, and delivered a programme that balanced learning with genuine connection. From internationally recognised speakers to new formats like Leadership Champions, this year raised the bar.
We also grew our presence within EO Europe, hosting events open to members across the region and showing up at cross-chapter gatherings.
Most importantly, our people showed up for each other. In forums, at events, and in the moments in between.
Chapter Retreat/Beginning Of The Year Dinner
Kicking off the year was our Strategy Summit with our new President, John Cunningham, along with several new Board members joining. We opened with a mini Forum in the morning before moving into strategy, with plenty of energy and momentum for the year ahead. First up was our now-annual Wealth Summit, held in the iconic Stock Exchange building in Dublin. A fantastic event for our Learning Chair, Owen Cullen, to open with. We had panel discussions with our SAPs covering tax, legal, and wealth management, alongside speakers on AI, venture capital, and crypto, all delivering energising and insightful discussions. With 80+ guests in attendance, it’s become one of those events our members love to bring prospects along to.

This has been a strong year focused on adding value for members through a mix of flagship events and smaller gatherings.

Chapter Retreat/Beginning Of The Year Dinner
Our chapter retreat in Burgundy provided an ideal blend of inspiration, learning, and shared experience, set in a 12th-century abbey. The sessions were engaging and insightful. An opera workshop taught us to develop a resonant voice, master breathing techniques, and move as a group, proving both fun and transformative. A neuroscience talk offered practical tools for optimising how we think, and two of our members led sessions on integrating AI into daily work. We also made the most of the region: visiting the Hospices de Beaune, touring one of Burgundy’s oldest wine cellars, and sharing meals paired with local wines. The retreat strengthened our connections, sparked new ideas, and reminded us of the power of growing together.
