As we reflect on the 2024–2025 year, I want to take a moment to celebrate the remarkable energy, growth, and impact we’ve achieved together across all 24 chapters in our region. Our Region has grown by nearly 300 members, taking us above 2000 members across Europe. EO Unlimited, our signature event, sold out three months early, a true symbol to the strength and passion of our community. Our Stage 1 chapters under 50 members have grown by 30% compared to last year, contributing to the reach and vibrancy of EO Europe.
We saw EOers connect across chapters with three cross-chapter events in Paris, Dublin, and Mallorca, marking a tradition that has now become established in Europe. Our Accelerator joint learning day in Dusseldorf sold out with over 350 accelerators and EOers from all over Europe. Our Accelerator boards continue to level up, following the proven recipe of strategy summits that are now standard at the chapter board level. With double the number of SLP Chairs, we’re doubling our capacity to nurture key relationships and drive greater member value. Next Gen, which engages members’ adult children aged 18-25, is gaining momentum with regular regional events.
The momentum in EO Europe is undeniable, and this is just the beginning; we‘re now armed with a 3-year vision for Europe that will see us drive more and more value for members. Additionally, for FY 25/26, we‘re set to be the fastest-growing region in EO!
None of this would be possible without the incredible dedication of our Regional Leadership, Chapter Presidents, Chapter Chairs, Regionals Staff and Chapter staff’s hard work, creativity, and commitment to the EO experience and network. Thank you for showing up with accountability and passion. Go EO Europe!
Always grateful,
Andreas Konstantinou

EO BARCELONA YEAR IN REVIEW
2024/2025 We kicked off the year in true EO fashion—hosting the Connecting Europe Regional Event in Mallorca with nearly 100 members from across Europe, setting the tone for a year filled with connection, inspiration, and scale. Throughout the year, we delivered powerful learning events, meaningful connections, and unforgettable MyEO experiences. We Brought together 120 EO members, Accelerators, and local founders at the Scaling Up Summit, featuring EO Founder Verne Harnish, Jade Green, and David Miller, diving deep into Compensation, Cash, and People. Hosted transformational sessions on Geopolitics, EOS, and even negotiation techniques from a former hostage negotiator. Created MyEO magic with events like a boat-side view of the America’s Cup, a market-to-table cooking experience, a traditional Calçotada, and even vision boarding with our kids. Celebrated the season in style with our Dolce Vita–themed Christmas Party. In March, we returned to Mallorca for our Chapter Retreat themed Longevity for Personal and Business, exploring how to extend not just our lives, but the impact of our leadership. We expanded Spanish-language offerings, launched a Key Executive Forum, grew our Accelerator Program, and opened co-chair roles to encourage new leadership. It’s been a year of energy, growth, and community—and EO Barcelona is only just getting started.
CHAPTER RETREAT
The EO Belgium Chapter Retreat this year was a great mix of fun, bonding, self-exploration and great food. From insightful reflections to energizing beach activities, members came together to inspire, support, and celebrate each other.
EMPOWERING MINDS AND TRANSFORMING LIVES WITH KEITH ROBERTS
YEAR KICK OFF BOAT TRIP
2024 EO BERLIN CHAPTER SUMMIT
This year’s EO Berlin Chapter Summit centered around the shifting world order and the profound transformations shaping our time—whether in global politics, the economy, technology, or society. Through inspiring talks and meaningful conversations, the summit aimed to help us understand the opportunities and risks these changes present for us and our businesses, and how we can emerge stronger by embracing new perspectives and strategies for adaptation.
As every year, the Family Event was a fantastic opportunity for the Berlin EO community to come together—offering space for deep, engaging exchanges with both familiar faces and new connections.
CHRISTMAS DINNER
After a vibrant series of events filled with diverse activities, content, and learnings, it was time to offer our members something different—an event with just one clear goal: connection! Said and done! At our Christmas Dinner, 100 members came together to enjoy not only a festive holiday feast but also meaningful conversations, new encounters, and heartfelt reunions. Here’s to the power of community, reflection, and the joy of simply being together.
MINDSET DAY
At the heart of Mindset Day was renowned speaker and personal development coach Christian Bischoff, one of the most influential figures in the German-speaking world. Once Germany’s youngest professional basketball player and head coach, Christian learned early that peak performance isn’t about more skills or stamina—it’s all about mindset.
In his exclusive full-day session for EO members, he shared powerful strategies and core lessons from his signature program “Die Kunst, dein Ding zu machen”, guiding us beyond financial success toward real fulfillment and lasting inner wealth.
With 110 participants, the Mindset Day marked the first of three Lighthouse Events in the 2024/25 EO year. In the final two months of the EO calendar, we’ll continue this impactful series with deep dives into the topics of AI and Leadership.
BOARD & CHAPTER MANAGEMENT TEAM BUILDING
After six months of dedicated work on our focus topics Personalization and Co-Creation, our Board and Chapter Management came together for the 7th Board Meeting—not just to reflect, but to grow even closer as a team.
We let our creativity run wild and created a collaborative piece of art for our new EO House—symbolizing the spirit and energy we bring to everything we do.
Achievements
& Highlights
1. EO House
In December 2024, the doors to our brand-new EO House officially opened— creating a vibrant space for events, meaningful connections, board meetings, chapter management coworking, forums for Members, Life Partners & Key Executives, and Accelerator Accountability Groups.
A special highlight shortly after the opening was the GSEA Get Together, where the quarter-finalists of the Global Student Entrepreneur Award met with our Berlin members and guests from this year’s EMEA-Middle East Presidents Meeting to exchange ideas and experiences around entrepreneurship.
2. ELC
In September, Anna-Maria Silinger (MarComm Chair) and part of our Board traveled to Mallorca for the European Leadership Conference, seizing the opportunity to exchange ideas and best practices with peers from other EO chapters across the region. Connecting, learning, and growing—together.
3. EO Regional Leadership Academy: Presence, Purpose & People
What an unforgettable journey! Together with 30 leaders from 16 countries, Josefine Staats (Membership Chair), Natacha Neumann (President) and Marcel Pirlich (Key Executive Chair) had the privilege of spending five transformative days at the EO RLA in Athens and Spetses.
From morning routines to mindset shifts, powerful insights to deep connection— this experience was about much more than leadership. It was about becoming better entrepreneurs and better humans.
Big thanks to EO and all the inspiring minds who made this possible!
EO BERLIN YEAR IN REVIEW 2024/25
This EO year was all about personalization and co-creation. Our goal was to tailor our offerings even more closely to the needs of our members while fostering active engagement throughout the community.
Looking back, we’re proud to say: especially in the area of co-creation, we made real progress. Our members have been incredible in supporting the Board and the Chapter— by offering event locations, welcoming new members at our Welcome Lunches, and contributing valuable input to our learning formats.
We also introduced new supporter roles, such as the Bar Raisers, who interview our potential new members and help ensure that they align with our core values.
Thank you to everyone who made this year so collaborative, dynamic, and community-driven!
CHAPTER RETREAT
Our chapter retreat in Devin was an unforgettable weekend, nestled in the heart of the magical Rodopi mountain. The picturesque road leading to our venue, with its stunning views of the dams below, set the perfect tone for the entire experience. We found peace and connection during the meditation workshop, a true moment of reflection. But it wasn’t just about calm—it was about the joy of being together. Whether it was playing bowling with our partners and kids, or simply enjoying each other’s company away from the hustle and bustle of the city, every moment felt special. The sound of the pipe during our Christmas dinner created an atmosphere of warmth and belonging that will forever stay with us. We can’t wait for the next retreat, to create even more cherished memories together.
This year, we’ve had the privilege of exploring a rich diversity of topics through our learning events, each offering valuable insights and hands-on experiences. From Haluk Hur’s thought-provoking session, where we delved into the bold idea of operating a company without hierarchy or bosses, to the “Bright Exit story”, which provided an inside look into the complex process of company acquisitions and the strategic decisions involved, we’ve gained a wealth of knowledge. We also explored the intersection of art and insurance with Mariya Stoykova, who shared her inspiring journey of finding her inner self and passion for arts, blending creativity with professional success. These events both supplied us with actionable steps for our businesses and allowed us to engage with topics of spirituality, self-discovery, and highlighted the importance of living with purpose. The variety of themes, from business strategy to creative expression, has created a vibrant learning environment that continues to inspire and challenge us.
This year, our chapter has remained a supportive and vibrant community, with members consistently showing up for each other. Together, we’ve continued to foster a culture of collaboration, sharing insights and encouraging one another in both professional and personal growth. As we look ahead, we’re excited to continue building on these achievements, nurturing more connections, and creating even more opportunities for growth in the year to come.
“EBC JUST GETS BETTER, AND BETTER, AND BETTER, AND BETTER!”
What a year it’s been for Europe Bridge Chapter - one filled with growth, global connections, and unforgettable moments. We began the year with a vibrant August 2024 retreat in Ljubljana, Slovenia, setting the tone for the months to come. Just two months later, in October 2024, we made history by participating in our first-ever Bridge Chapter Alliance event, joining forces with APAC Bridge in Bali for a high-impact, cross-chapter experience sharing our unique Forum mashup style.
In November 2024, we gathered again in the sun-drenched landscapes of Tenerife, Spain, and then took our learning to the next level in March 2025 with a powerful event in Lisbon and Évora, where we partnered with EO Portugal for a joint learning day — a wonderful regional collaboration.
Our leadership was well represented at the GLC in Oahu, Hawaii in April 2025, continuing our commitment to global learning. And we capped off our year in unforgettable fashion this June 2025, with a spectacular retreat across Edinburgh and Dunblane, Scotland.

Each location created its own unique atmosphere, combining local flair with great conversations, laughter, and meaningful connections to set the tone for an exciting new chapter year.
WAKEBOARD & BBQ
Glide across the water and feel pure joy – because sometimes, happiness is found in movement. At this event, we’re reminded that small wipeouts and setbacks aren’t just part of wakeboarding, they’re part of business too. Showing vulnerability? Sometimes that means doing a faceplant – or a proud “eagle” – right in front of everyone. And that’s perfectly okay.
NEW YEAR’S RECEPTION IN STUTTGART
Our New Year’s Reception 2025 took place in the elegant Zauberlehrling, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Stuttgart. The evening was a celebration of new beginnings, filled with lively conversations, a warm atmosphere, and many fresh faces – including par tners – who made the event truly special.
MASH-UP FORUM WITH EO RHINE-RUHR
Inspired by EO Europe Bridge Chapter, our Mash-up Forum with EO Rhine-Ruhr will bring together members in a cross-chapter experience built around our core EO format: the Forum. The energy, honesty, and connections from this first-time event were so compelling that we aim to make it a recurring tradition – once or twice per year going forward.
& Highlights Achievements
Successfully launched quarterly “Discover EO” events to strengthen connections and showcase EO to new prospects
Introduced a quarterly Onboarding Call for all new members
Created a Virtual Launch Pad Forum to help new members find their perfect forum
Launched an additional SLP Forum and a virtual Key Executive Forum
Hosted our first Summit Long Term Planning with inspiring discussions about our future path

The EO 24/25 was filled with connection, growth, and vision. Together, we shaped an EO year that reflected our values and our community spirit. Our focus was on real engagement and shared experiences – from meaningful learning formats to cross-chapter partnerships and creative event ideas.
Thank you to everyone who contributed, led, supported, and participated. Your energy and openness made this year one to remember – and we look forward to what’s next!

RUNNING DINNER
Our insider tip and the best event ever for networking within the chapter. At the Running Dinner, the cooking teams go to 3 different homes of EO members all over Hamburg for a 3-course meal. So much fun!
FINDING OUR PERSONAL LIFEPILOT
What is the North Star of your life? With Coach Frank Gessner, we were able to embark on a very exciting “journey” and explore this important question. In just 2 half days, we developed an initial version of our personal LifePilot: Which values are my non-negotiable “constitution”? What priorities do I have for my life and how much importance do I give them in my daily life? What is my WHY and my purpose? What will my “perfect normal day” look like in 15-20 years? And what conclusions can I draw from this in terms of love, health, career, etc.? How can I shape and change my life in the coming years and very specifically in this quarter in order to achieve this personal North Star? These were very intensive, inspiring days and pure EO magic!
EO CONNECT IN HAMBURG
“EO Connect is one of the most successful cross-chapter event series in Europe.“ says EO Regional Chair Europe Andreas Konstantinou. We were very happy and proud to make a valuable contribution to EO internationally with the EO Connect, which we recently hosted in Hamburg and in which almost 200 EO members from all German chapters took part.

WEALTH SUMMIT
EO Ireland kicked off the year with our first Wealth Summit...held in the iconic old Stock Exchange buildings in Dublin, attended by 85 members + guests, who hear from speakers Mike Brown, Paul McFadden, and our SAP Goodbody Stockbrokers on both personal and business wealth.
DANIEL PRIESTLEY
We had the privilege of hosting best-selling author Daniel Priestley, who shared his game-changing strategies for becoming a Key Person of Influence in any industry. The room was alive with energy, insights, and a palpable hunger to level up! Our members left armed with actionable tools to elevate their businesses and personal brands. From mastering the art of pitching to scaling with impact, the takeaways were not just inspiring— they were transformative.
GIVE DAY
EO Ireland held our very first Give Day...this is a day set aside where members come together and spend a day giving back to our community in a tangible way, not just by donating money. EO members gave their time, money and expertise to the Carline Learning Centre, an educational centre for young teenagers who for numerous reasons (home life situation, abuse, anxiety etc) struggle to regularly attend mainstream school. The group donated and built a unique outdoor classroom space that will be used by the students daily. This space allows our students access to the outdoors while retaining them in an educational setting. EO Ireland intent to continue Give Day each year.
HEATH SUMMIT
The sun was shining, the setting was serene, and the conversations were next level. It was an incredible event packed with insights that will help us become better entrepreneurs— and more importantly, better people—in our personal, family, and business lives. We had 4 speakers talk across 4 topics; Nutrition, Sleep, Physical Health and Stress management.
One of the highlights? Catching up with peers and fellow entrepreneurs, openly sharing what’s working, what’s not, and learning from each other’s journeys. It was also really special to have our life partners join us—so they could meet the other “partners” we lean
on in business. That connection added something truly meaningful to the experience. Grateful for the community, the growth, and the moments we got to share.
& Highlights Achievements
EO Ireland Board held their mid-year Strategy Summit in January. This was a great reset, review, and refresh for the team heading into the remainder of the FY.

In celebration: We are thrilled to congratulate our member, Philip Martin , founder & CEO of Blanco Niño, on winning the 2025 Love Irish Food Brand Development Award—a prestigious accolade valued at over €160,000.
Alan, an Entrepreneur’s Organisation (EO) Ireland member, has made Wolfgang the first Irish company to transition to an Employee Ownership Trust. Why? Because he believes businesses thrive when people feel like they truly belong. In his brilliant chat with David McWilliams, Alan unpacks the economics of this move, what it means for leadership, and how it’s reshaping the future of work. “Ownership inspires excellence.” – Alan Coleman This is what bold leadership looks like.
Listen here!

Under the ever supportive, and driven lead from President Harry Girvan EO Ireland has had a phenomenal and busy year! Our key goals this year were Forum Health and Member Engagement, both of which have improved no end! The quality and variety of learning events was brought to a whole new level with our Learning Chair Philip McKernan taking the lead with implementing a calendar of new “key pillar events” which can be continued annually ... Wealth Summit, Give Day, Health Summit, Winter Social ... member attendance at events grew immensely, and engagement within the Chapter is stronger than ever! We have worked hard to switch things up, embrace changes and challenges, try new things, build on strengths and work together to improve and grow our thriving Irish Chapter!
Here’s to the remainder of the year, our upcoming 3 Nations cross-chapter event in June, and to an even more togetherness and growth for the next year!
3-NATIONS CROSS-CHAPTER RETREAT
What happens when you bring a group of entrepreneurs to the edge of Ireland and ask them to go deep?
In June, EO Ireland hosted the second 3Nations Cross-Chapter Retreat in Doolin, County Clare, and it was truly special. Curated masterfully by our learning chair Philip McKernan, the experience had it all:
- Deep connection and open conversations that will stay with us far beyond the weekend
- Mind-expanding talks including Joey Coleman on How To Never Lose A Customer Again
- An inspiring female entrepreneur panel hosted by membership chair Ross Culliton
Breathtaking nature walks along the Cliff of Mohair, visits to iconic spots like Father Ted’s house, outstanding Michelin food, exclusive traditional Irish music sessions, battle of the forums and deep forum mash-ups.

EO ISRAEL CHAPTER RETREAT 2025 – A YEAR TO REMEMBER
This year’s retreat was more than just a getaway — it was a turning point. Held in May 2025. In just two days, we created something deeper than an agenda—connection, candor, and growth that lasts.”. From the inspiring sessions to the late-night laughs, we strengthened not only our businesses but also our bonds. It’s been a challenging year—for Israel and for the Jewish world. It seems like what we needed most wasn’t just strategy, but solidarity.
DINE-AROUND EVENINGS
We split the chapter into small groups and gathered at members’ homes for intimate, laughter-filled dinners. It was the perfect mix of good food, great wine, and even better conversations — a reminder that the real magic of EO happens around the table.

A deep dive into one of Israel’s hottest culinary brands. We got an inside look at the factory, heard the story behind the brand, and left full — of both ideas and Italian carbs.
THE FUTURE OF AI: TALK BY DR. ROEY TZEZANA
Futurist and tech ethicist Dr. Roey Tzezana challenged us to think big. From AI disruption to existential risks and exponential growth, his talk wasn’t just informative — it lit a fire under all of us to adapt, innovate, and lead in the age of AI.
& Highlights Achievements
Membership Growth: Welcomed 10+ new members, including several powerhouse entrepreneurs in tech, real estate, and consumer brands — the chapter is stronger and more diverse than ever.
Community Impact: Members mobilized in times of crisis, offering aid, resources, and support across Israel. From volunteering to mentoring, this chapter showed up.
Media & PR Wins: EO Israel members were featured in top publications, podcasts, and panels — proudly representing Israeli entrepreneurship on the global stage.
We deepened our sense of purpose. Whether gathering around dining tables in Tel Aviv, listening to leading futurists, or showing up for one another during times of crisis — our chapter became more than a network. It became a lifeline.
We launched new initiatives, expanded our membership, and put Israel’s entrepreneurial spirit on the global map. From the success of our virtual membership pilot to powerful chapter events and global collaboration, this year was proof that growth happens when people come together with intention.
As we look ahead, we do so with pride, gratitude, and a renewed drive to build, lead, and support — together.
This year reminded us of something essential: growth doesn’t come from comfort—it comes from showing up, lifting others, and leaning in.
EO ITALY CHAPTER RETREAT – A TRANSFORMATIONAL EXPERIENCE, 18–21 SEPTEMBER 2024 | ST. MORITZ, SWITZERLAND
Last September, EO Italy gathered in the stunning alpine setting of St. Moritz for an unforgettable Chapter Retreat. This all-chapter experience brought together all Forums for a deeply enriching journey of reflection, growth, and connection.

SOME OF THE ACCELERATOR MEMBERS ATTENDED THE DÜSSELDORF EVENT
THE 42ND EDITION OF OUR HAPPY HOUR (JULY)
KICK-OFF EVENT – WHAT’S YOUR PERSONAL STORY?
Build Bigger Stories is the theme we launched this EO year with, and it came to life during our powerful Kick Off event What’s Your Personal Story? Led by Julia van Boven from the School for Moral Ambition and Sander Tideman from Triple Value Leadership, members were invited to reflect on their personal and professional journeys. Through interactive workshops and guided storytelling, participants explored the deeper layers of their ambitions, challenges, and growth as entrepreneurs. It was an afternoon full of connection, vulnerability, and clarity. A fitting start to a year dedicated to building stories that matter.
CHAPTER RETREAT – UNPREDICTABLE CHANGE
Our two-day Chapter Retreat in Antwerp brought together 150 members to explore the theme of Build Bigger Stories under the overarching lens of Unpredictable Change. With powerful keynote talks on leadership, artificial intelligence, and diversity, along with a breathtaking 360° immersive experience, every moment sparked insight and conversation. Stories from and about Gen Z, purpose-driven entrepreneurship, and resilience made a lasting impact. The retreat closed with laughter, celebration, and a renewed sense of community — a perfect reflection of the transformational journeys we’re on together.
TEDX AT THE CONCERTGEBOUW
One of the absolute highlights of the year: our EO TEDx at the majestic Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. In line with the theme Build Bigger Stories, four incredible speakers — Ramin Mamedov, Sander Paas, Amy Klein, and Kim de Ridder — shared their deeply personal stories with honesty, vulnerability, and strength. The energy in the room was electric as members listened, connected, and found inspiration in the experiences of others. This unforgettable event, made possible by our valued partner Van Lanschot Kempen Zwitserland, reminded us that the stories we tell — and the ones we listen to — have the power to change us.
LADIES’ DINNER
The EO Ladies’ Dinner is always a special moment in our calendar, and this year was no exception. Within the theme of Build Bigger Stories, it offered a unique space for the women of EO to connect, share, and grow together. This year’s dinner featured the incredible Margot Janse, award-winning chef and founder of SAAM restaurant. She not only surprised us with bold South African flavors, but also shared her entrepreneurial journey in two male-dominated worlds: top-level cuisine and business leadership. Her story of courage, creativity, and perseverance inspired open conversations around the table about the challenges and successes of women in entrepreneurship. It was an evening of depth, flavor, and connection — one that left us feeling empowered and uplifted.
& Highlights Achievements
This EO year was all about building bigger stories — stories of connection, growth, and transformation. Across our programs, partnerships, and events, we focused on strengthening our chapter and delivering even more value to our members.
Here are some of this year’s most meaningful milestones:
• We launched two Key Executive Forums to better engage local leadership.
• Our NextGen program took off, with four energetic shuffle-style events each year, building a new generation of EO engagement.
• We welcomed a new partnership with Van Lanschot Kempen Zwitserland and deepened existing ones, including NLgroeit, ScaleUp Company, and ASR.
• We hosted two successful recruitment events: the Open Mini Summit and EO TEDTalks x Test Drive, both attracting new energy into our network.
• Our Accelerator program had a standout year, marked by shared learning days, social events, and a joint Mini Summit with EO members — a perfect example of cross-community collaboration.
• We achieved 100 percent contact with all members, reinforcing our commitment to connection and relevance.
• We introduced a new chapter competition to increase engagement, drive referrals, and reward participation.
• Our event attendance reached new highs: 160 members at TEDx, 160 at the Chapter Retreat, and 250 at the Gala.
• And we launched a new website and internal systems, including SharePoint, to streamline communication and access to resources.
Each of these achievements reflects our shared effort to grow not just as individuals, but as a community committed to building something bigger — together.
EO NETHERLANDS – YEAR IN REVIEW: BUILD BIGGER STORIES
This year, EO Netherlands fully embraced the theme Build Bigger Stories by creating meaningful moments, strengthening partnerships, and empowering members to shape the community together. From the inspiring Kick-Off and immersive Chapter Retreat to our powerful TEDx in the Concertgebouw, every major event invited members to reflect, grow, and lead with purpose.
Through MyEO, members took ownership of the experience, organizing 20+ events across the country. Regional dinners, padel tournaments, masterclasses, and casual socials all helped deepen local connections and bring our community closer. We also launched a new chapter competition and hosted two impactful recruitment events — the Open Mini Summit and EO TEDTalks x Test Drive — welcoming new energy into our network.
Our Accelerator program thrived through collaboration, with shared learning days, joint socials, and a co-hosted Mini Summit that bridged both communities. Strategic partnerships were expanded and deepened with Van Lanschot Kempen Zwitserland, NLgroeit, ScaleUp Company, and ASR, helping us build a stronger ecosystem around our members. Behind the scenes, we achieved 100% member contact and introduced SharePoint to improve structure and access. Together, we built a year full of stories — personal, powerful, and future-focused.

In October, EO Paris had the immense pleasure of hosting the very first retreat of a 3-part cross-chapter journey with EO Italy and EO Ireland! The adventure began with a cultural day in Paris, where attendees had the unique opportunity to explore the iconic Opéra Garnier. The retreat then continued in the stunning Abbaye de Royaumont, a beautifully preserved 13th-century abbey, offering the perfect backdrop for inspiration and connection.
The program featured mash-up forums, a wine tasting, a treasure hunt, and scenic bike and walking tours around the abbey grounds. EO POLAND MINI RETREAT
In January, EO Poland hosted a very special event — our Mini Retreat, with over 50 members and their life partners attending. This retreat provided us with the perfect opportunity to disconnect from our daily routines, reflect on our personal journeys, and focus on both individual and community growth.
The retreat included inspiring sessions on health and longevity- where speakers shared valuable insights on how daily habits can impact both the quality and length of our lives, finding your “WHY” - encouraged deep reflection, helping many participants rediscover the core motivations driving their business and personal pursuits and the psychology of action.
These presentations provided valuable insights into building a healthier, more purposeful life and achieving personal goals more effectively. In addition to these sessions, we also had plenty of time to strengthen relationships and get to know each other better. Whether it was through friendly competition during a bowling game or moments of relaxation during a yoga session, the retreat provided the perfect balance of inspiration, connection, and fun.
Throughout the retreat, we participated in a variety of workshops, discussions, and moments of personal reflection. It was a time for many of us to gain fresh perspectives, recharge our energy, and strengthen our commitment to both personal and professional growth.
The EO Poland Mini Retreat was a reminder of the power of community — how entrepreneurs can come together, share experiences, support one another, and grow collectively.
A UNIQUE MEETING WITH THE FORMER U.S. AMBASSADOR TO POLAND - MARK BRZEZINSKI
On April 24th, EO Poland had the honor of welcoming the Former U.S. Ambassador to Poland — an accomplished lawyer and diplomat. Mark Brzezinski shared his perspective on the current state of Polish-American relations, offering valuable insights and sparking thoughtful discussion. It was a highly engaging event, full of inspiration — and, as always, a fantastic chance to connect and network with fellow EOers!
THE STORY OF BALANCE – EO POLAND BIG
What does balance really look like?
FAMILY RETREAT 2025
Let’s be honest – every one of us, whether a leader, entrepreneur, parent or partner – is constantly trying to find balance. Between work and family. Between ambition and calm. Between being there for others and showing up for ourselves. This year, EO Poland set out to explore that question together, during our Big Family Retreat. We were guided by inspiring speakers who shared their insights on building powerful companies in chaotic times, on relationships that truly work and on creating workplaces where people are not just productive, but genuinely happy.
While we listened, reflected and exchanged ideas, the children had their own adventure - a joyful planned program full of games, animations and creativity. Knowing they were in good hands allowed members and partners to be fully present - for the content and for each other. There were moments of movement and stillness. Morning yoga sessions in the fresh air. Trail runs through beautiful natural surroundings. And the unforgettable “Resources in Motion” workshop - a session that helped us reconnect body, presence and leadership in a way that words alone couldn’t.
One of the highlights of the retreat was the special dinner - not just served but created together. We rolled up our sleeves and under the guidance of a well-known Polish chef, we cooked side by side. Talking, tasting and laughing and enjoying the process as much as the flavors. We also looked back - taking time to reflect on what the current EO Poland board has accomplished over the past year. It was a moment of recognition but also gratitude for the time, energy and heart that go into building a EO Poland community.
The 2025 Big Family Retreat was a unique blend of business inspiration, personal growth and family joy – all wrapped into one unforgettable weekend. We returned home with a clear message: Balance is possible - if you’re brave enough to make space for it.

It is also worth highlighting that we secured two new financial partners. Thanks to this additional support, we were able to organize even more exciting experiences and attractions during our events.
Another highlight: three of our members participated in a popular podcast hosted by a well-known Polish personality in the Polish podcasting world, helping to raise awareness about EO and showcase the amazing entrepreneurs in our chapter.
To top it all off, we were proud to have a large delegation attend GLC this year, returning with a wealth of fresh ideas and powerful inspiration for the future.
