Ten Mile Creek is a master-planned residential project in the heart of Clarksburg, MD that is led by Pulte Homes. With stewardship and measures to protect the local watershed, this project was focused on invoking preservation and living.

CHALLENGE To create a brand and community awareness through campaign materials to educate and advocate the building of Ten Mile Creek. The brand and campaign was designed to encompass and advocate the green, open area living in the local area.

ARCHITECTURE

Running Dog Architects is an architectural firm based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The firm’s co-founders—Eric Carle, AIA, and Warren Wick, AIA—each have over 20 years experience designing and managing a variety of building and planning projects including multi-family housing, healthcare facilities, commercial office buildings, and embassies.

CHALLENGE To create an engaging brand-centered around the personality and style established by the architectural firm while separating them from their competition in the Washington, DC area. Their logo and name reflect the architectural design element of a “running dog”—a repeat pattern used throughout their branding.
