□ 10,000 PV in the current Seminar Year

□ Register and attend at least one (1) of the following events within the Seminar Year you are working to achieve: Seminar, PIT, and/or Leaders Conference

□ A copy of the SeneBlends MUA Checklist

□ A copy of your completed SeneBlends MUA Packet with all 40 SeneBlends applied techniques with “After” photos and signature page

□ A headshot photo of yourself

□ 5 Liner/LipSense

□ 5 Brow Placements

□ 10 ShadowSense

□ 10 Foundation Matching (Mix & Match)

□ 10 Face Contouring (Highlighters/Pearlizer)

The SeneBlends MUA Program is based on a Seminar Year (April - March). The deadline for the packet submission is March 15 of the current Seminar Year. The deadline for the 10,000 PV requirement is March 31st. All the above requirements must be met and all required forms must be submitted to the Recognition Department by the deadlines as stated above.

All PV and models used for any MUA or SeneSkin program are stand alone and do not overlap within a Seminar Year. Once a model is used for a program, they are not eligible to be used as a model again. This rule for PV and models is applicable to all MUA and SeneSkin programs.

*Models must be 18 years or older and may not be a SeneGence Independent Distributor at the time the Demo was conducted. Models cannot be used for more than one program, regardless of the Seminar Year in which they were used. If a model was used by another Independent Distributor or for the SeneSkin program, you cannot use them for any other MUA program. For example: If a model was used for the SeneBlends MUA, you can not use them for Elite MUA.

All submissions must be received by March 15th of the current Seminar Year.

Examples of how to complete the Demo form

1 Don’t Send!

“Before” pictures are not necessary.

2 Be Specific!

Submit specific details of how you applied 40 different techniques on 40 different Models. ie. brushes, products, etc. used.

3 Use a Model Once!

Models can only be used once ever!

A Model can become an Independent Distributor after a Demo is conducted but not before.

4 Be Creative!

Independent Distributors may use only SeneGence cosmetic products and can use them for techniques other than what they are originally intended for.

In person Demos require a Model’s original signature.

By signing below or participating virtually Demo Models give consent to SGII, Inc, in perpetuity, to use their names, likeness and photographs in whole or in part for reproduction in print or digital format for training purposes and will not be compensated. Any and all rights to review or inspect the uses to which they may be applied are waived.
