Sir Jonathan North College is located in close proximity of Leicester City Centre and can be easily reached via the A6 London Road and A5199 Welford Road. Public transport stops very close-by to the college and there is ample parking on site.

With a range of indoor facilities available for meetings, functions and sports, the college is also proud to be home to the Knighton Tennis Centre.

FACILITIES TO HIRE

SPORTS HALL

The large multi-use sports hall is an excellent facility for many indoor activities including 5-a-side football, basketball, badminton, martial arts and gymnastics.

TRAMPOLINE CENTRE

Four trampolines, with safety harness, are available for use in this purpose-built centre that is ideal for training and club hire.

DINING HALL & ATRIUM

The modern dining space and atrium offers flexibility to host a range of larger events of up to 250 people. It is ideal for larger training events, awards dinners, team building, private functions and conferences. Catering can be provided, or hire of the kitchens to outside caterers on request.

MAIN HALL

The Main Hall can be booked for larger meetings and functions and may be used alongside smaller meeting spaces and the Dining Hall.

MEETING ROOMS

A large selection of classrooms and meeting rooms can be hired for smaller meetings and training sessions.

DANCE STUDIO

The studio has a sprung floor and is ideal for dance, pilates and yoga.

SIR JONATHAN NORTH KNIGHTON TENNIS CENTRE

Having seen investment and the resurfacing of all four indoor tennis courts in 2020, the Tennis Centre offers a toplevel acrylic playing surface for all. Spectators can enjoy an elevated viewing balcony with refreshment facilities.

Facilities at the Tennis Centre can be booked for occasional pay-and-play, matches and regular coaching sessions. Sessions include LTA youth programme, cardio tennis, tennis xpress, AEGON team tennis and strength and conditioning sessions.
