INTEGRATED MEDICAL FACILITY PLANNING Healthcare providers must contend with numerous, complex challenges, both internal and external to their company. PROJECT: ESTABLISH A LONG TERM FACILITIES MASTER PLAN TO EXPAND THE HOSPITAL, CONSOLIDATE AND RELOCATE SERVICES TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY. HIGHLIGHTS: - Re-established the center for the campus and re-focused the experience of the hospital to cater to a “patient-centric” environment.
