episode 1 : SOUNDSCAPE
Dedicated to the curator itself, to romanticize the ordinary.
WAITING....
How do you feel when you are waiting?
Impatience? Boredom? Exhaustion? Frustration? Anxiety? or Anticipation? Curiosity? Hope? Excitement? Peace?
We often see waiting as dull and tiring, always rushing to reach or achieve something.
These in-between moments are usually treated as empty gaps or voids to pass through quickly, just to move on.
Is waiting really just a moment to get through fast?
Even though we cannot argue that waiting someone or something is exhausting, these pauses can be full of small moments. They give us space to breathe and think, allowing us to notice things we usually overlook.
Waiting is not a waste of time. It is a softer part of living, carrying its own quite values.
“ Be Here. Be SLOW ” will explore:
TO EMBRACE SLOWNESS
To slow things down where everything is moving fast,
To appreciate presence while WAITING, rather than rushing and chasing time in a frustrating and chaotic world.
The sound of BOILING WATER as a medium to explore the experience of waiting.
One of the rare moments that allows the curator to simply be still, without feeling pressured while waiting.

Technique
Crumbling paper and dabbing charcoal on its surface capture the feelings and the pace of waiting. Each wrinkle and mark becomes a visual record of time gradually passing.

ASPIRATION
An atmosphere reminiscent of being UNDERWATER
