CLASSES

CHESS CLUB

The Lindon Community Chess Club will be held every Wednesday evening from 6:00-9:00 PM at the Lindon Community Center and is FREE! The club has a unique “Chess Wizard” program to move players to chess mastery. Players demonstrate knowledge of chess basics and advance in their chess knowledge and experience. Come join the fun. All ages are welcome. Bring your friends and come enjoy and evening of chess!

SUMMER PROGRAMS/CAMPS

Summer is around the corner just in time for our camps & programs. The programs are a great way to get kids out of the house and engaging in fun and creative programs. Registration is now open for all summer programs. Ages: 4 - 13 years old

YOUTH RIDING CLUB

Registration is now open for our Youth Riding club! Come improve your riding abilities through training in various events, such as barrel, racing, roping, reign, western pleasure, trail, keyhole, poles, carrying flags, and rodeo queening. Club will meet at the Lindon horse arena on Tuesdays from 9:00-10:30 AM. Must provide your own horse.

Session 1: May 27-Jun 24

Session 2: Jul 1-29

Cost: $105

AQUATICS PUNCH PASSES

NOW HIRING

Lindon Parks & Recreation has many positions open for this coming summer season including Lifeguards, Baseball Supervisors, Program Instructors, and more!

All punch passes for the Lindon Aquatics Center will go on sale April 1 at 9:00 AM online at LindonRecreation.org/pool. The passes will be 20% off in April, and 10% off in May. After that, passes will go to normal price. Mark your calendars and get ready for the summer! The pool will open this year on Saturday, May 24 at 11:00 AM.

AQUATICS SWIM PROGRAMS

All Aquatics Center swim lessons and programs will open for registration on May 1 at 9:00 AM on our website. Swim lessons have been changed to a 2-week format and are updated on the website. You can also find information on Swim Team tryouts and dates.

PURCHASE DOWDLE PUZZLE!

Need something fun to do as a family? All Lindon Puzzles are still 20% off! Order your puzzles today! We are out of 1,000 piece puzzles but still have 300 and 500 piece puzzles. You can order your puzzles online or at the front desk of the Community Center.

All puzzles can be picked up at the Community Center Monday-Friday from 9:00-6:00 PM. Head to LindonRecreation. org/centennial to purchase your puzzle today!

LINDON DAYS NOTICE

Our Lindon Days Celebration has moved up a week and will take place on Sunday, July 27 to Saturday, August 2. The change was made by our Mayor and City Council to help accommodate the earlier school start.

The theme for Lindon Days 2025 is “Sunshine & Lemonade” so make sure you soak in the rays and try some of our freshly squeezed lemonade throughout the celebration!

SUMMER KICKOFF

Join us as we launch into summer with a splash! Lindon Parks & Recreation is thrilled to host our Summer Kickoff on June 4 from 1:00-3:00 PM at Fryer Park. This is a free community event packed with fun for the whole family.

Come cool off and celebrate the season with water games, a dunk tank, foam machines, face painting, and more. Enjoy a refreshing shave ice while you dance, laugh, and play your way into the summer months.

Grab your friends, bring your towels, and kick off summer the Lindon way!
