ACTIVE AGING
WHAT IS ACTIVE AGING?
Newton’s First Law of Motion is “an object in motion stays in motion.” So let’s get moving!
Research shows that if you start living a healthy lifestyle earlier in life, you have better chances of staying healthy as you get older. Staying physically active, eating well, socializing, and improving your health can help you live a healthy, happy, and active life as you get older.
This is a wonderful time of year to get out and enjoy the beautiful mild weather. Take a walk around the block and soak in the sunshine and fresh air!
SENIOR WATER AEROBICS
Looking for a fun and low-impact way to stay fit and healthy? Look no further than water fitness!
This class is held at the Lindon Aquatics Center every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30-8:30 AM in the lazy river. Class is $2.00/person beginning June 9.
