LINDALE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT
NNOUNCES NEW LEADERSHIP HIRES
TheLindaleIndependentSchoolDistrictispleasedtoannouncethehiringandtransition ofseveralleaderstoitsadministrationteamforthe2025-26schoolyear.
JeremyChilekhasbeennamedAssistantSuperintendentofLindaleISD.
“Mr JeremyChilekhasbeenanextremelysuccessfulprincipalatLindaleHighSchool andLindaleJuniorHigh,”saidSuperintendentStanSurratt.“WiththeretirementofMr Jamie Holder,Mr.ChilekwillbepromotedtoAssistantSuperintendentattheCentralOffice.Mr. Chilekhasstrongleadershipskillsandwillbeverysuccessfulinhisnewrole.LindaleISDis veryfortunatetohaveMr.Chilekandhisleadershipabilities.”
Chilekbeganhiscareerineducation23yearsago,andmostrecentlyservedasprincipal atLindaleHighSchool.Hebringsexperienceincampusoperations,teacherdevelopment,and curriculumleadership.
“IloveLindaleISDandIamveryexcitedtoservethedistrictastheassistant superintendent,”saidChilek.“Mr.Surrattisoneofthebestandmostadmiredsuperintendentsin TexasandIamlookingforwardtoworkingmorecloselywithhim.Iamhonoredtoserveour
districtinthisroleandhopetomakeapositiveimpactineveryaspectofoureducational community.”
KyleWrightwillserveasthenewprincipalofLindaleHighSchool.
“Mr Wrightisanoutstandingadministratorandhehasallthenecessaryskillsandtraits tobethenextgreatprincipalofLindaleHighSchool,”saidSuperintendentSurratt.“Ilovethe factthatMr.WrightisaLindalegraduateandcamehometoservethisdistrictandtheLindale Community.Ilookforwardtowitnessingthegreatthingsthatwillbeachievedbecauseofhis leadership.”
Wrightbrings16yearsineducation,including12asanadministrator,mostrecently servingasassistantprincipalatLHS.
“IamalifelongLindaleEagleandlovethiscommunityandschoolverymuch,”said Wright.“SomeofmyearliestandmostfondmemoriesareofsupportingLindaleHighSchool sportsteamsandwatchingourband. ServingasprincipalatLHS,whereIamanalumni,isvery special.Iamhonoredandexcitedtoworkwiththeamazinghighschoolstaffandlookforwardto anothergreatyearforLindaleHighSchool."
FormerPrincipalatEJMossIntermediate,Mr.DavidFrench,willtransitiontoLindale HighSchoolasthenewassistantprincipal.
KyliePrudhommewillserveasthenewprincipalofEJMossIntermediateSchool.
“IamextremelyhonoredtoserveasthenextprincipalatEJMoss,”saidPrudhomme. “ThisschoolisfullofamazingeducatorsandIamsoexcitedtogettoworkalongsideeachof them.WedoincrediblethingshereatEJMossandwewillcontinuetobeanexemplarycampus. Ican'twaittoseewhatwecanaccomplishtogetherforallofourstudents.”
With21yearsineducationandnineinadministration,Prudhommemostrecentlyserved asassistantprincipalatEJMossIntermediate.
“Mrs.Prudhommeisanaturalleader,”saidSuperintendentSurratt.“Herdesiretohelp studentsandteachersfindsuccessisanincredibletraitthatshepossesses.Shehasbeenan assistantprincipalformanyyearsinLindaleISDandTylerISDandsheismorethanreadytobe thenextgreatleaderofEJMossIntermediateSchool.Mrs.PrudhommeisaLindaleHighSchool graduateandhasservedLindaleISDformanyyears.”
FormerassistantprincipalatCollegeStreetElementary,Mr StevenHitt,willtransitionto EJMossIntermediatetoserveasassistantprincipalthere.
KevinGroveshasbeenapprovedasthenewassistantprincipalatCollegeStreet Elementary.
“I’mexcitedtojointhegreatteamatCollegeStreetElementary,”saidGroves.“Ialso can’twaittoworkalongsidetheamazingstudents,staff,andfamiliesinLindale.”
Grovesbrings13yearsineducation,includingtwoyearsastheDeanofStudentsatRice ElementaryinTylerISD.
“Mr.KevinGrovesisjoiningouradministrativeteamfromTylerISD,”said SuperintendentSurratt.“WeareveryexcitedaboutMr.Grovesandtheskillsthatheisbringing toLindaleISD.HewillcertainlybeagreathelptoMrs.Forsyth,teachers,staff,andtoour studentsofCollegeStreetElementary.”
