Lindale Baseball




























Coach Sanguinetti is entering his 8th year as the head baseball coach. He has led the Eagles to 2 District Championships while earning District Coach of the Year in 2017 and 2019. Sanguinetti played college baseball at the University of Nebraska where he graduated in 2013. He continued his education and received a Master's in Educational Leadership. At Nebraska, coach earned AllBig Ten honors in his junior and senior year while finishing as the career leader in Fielding Percentage (.996). Sanguinetti is married to his wife Courtney (2016) and has a son named Sawyer (3).
Coach Podsednik is in his 2nd year as the Eagles hitting and infield Coach. Coach Pod has coached previously at L.D. Bell and Nacogdoches. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University where he was a member of the Lumberjacks Baseball team. Podsednik is married to his wife Katie (2022).
Coach Dukes is the team's pitching coach. Dukes came to Lindale after being the pitching coach at Marshall High School for 5 years. Dukes graduated from East Texas Baptist University where he was a member of the baseball team. Coach Dukes pitched at ETBU where he earned 1st Team All-ASC in 2016.
Coach Mason is in his 10th year at Lindale. He has coached at all levels of the baseball program. Mason graduated from Stephen F Austin State University. Coach Mason teaches World Geography and Sociology. Mason is married to his wife, Meagan, and they have 3 dogs and a cat.
Coach Ricks is in his 12th year at Lindale and in his 7th year with the baseball program. Coach Ricks graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University and teaches Algebra 1. Coach Ricks recently received his Master's degree from SFA as well. Coach Ricks is married to his wife, Erin, and has a son named Rylan (7).

After graduation, Teylan Piccoli plans to pursue a full time job as a HotShot car hauler for J&R Wolfe Transport and eventually receive his CDL and become a truck driver. His hobbies are helping his dad with his business and working. His favorite memory is robbing Sam’s homerun in the softball-baseball game last year. He wants to thank his parents for their love and support throughout his baseball career.
After graduation, Miles Keith will be attending Cetenary College in Louisiana to play baseball and pursue his dream of becoming a dentist. His hobbies are playing video games and hanging out with friends. He wants to thank all of the coaches for pushing him into the person and player that he is today. He would also like to thank his family for supporting him every step of the way.

After graduation, Luke Waggoner plans to attend TJC for a year to get his basics. He then plans to get his BBA from a 4 year university, and attend law school. His hobbies are hanging out with friends, going to the gym, and sleeping. He would like to thank his mom and dad for always supporting him throughout high school and all of his teammates and coaches for the impact they made in his life.
After graduation, Landon Sullivan plans to attend TJC and will then transfer to ACU to major in Civil Engineering or Architecture. His hobbies are baseball and football. His favorite memory was when the team went to Cici’s and had a competition of who could eat the most pizza. He would like to thank his dad for always challenging him when times get hard, and his mom who is always on his side no matter the outcome.
