The network for your medical insurance is Cigna. To find an in-network provider, or to see if your current provider is in-network, visit www.cigna.com.
Virtual Urgent Care
Access board-certified physicians 24/7, 365 days a year for urgent medical needs. Video and telephone-based visits are available, with an average wait time of just ten minutes.
Claims Administrator & Member Services
Coastal Administrative Services (CAS) is your medical plan Third-Party Administrator (TPA) This is who you contact regarding claims and eligibility.
Dental Insurance
LINC Systems offers dental insurance through Delta Dental of Indiana. This plan allows you to use in-network or out-of-network benefits.
Vision Insurance
Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
You have the opportunity to have a �0 deductible on the Copay plan, or a reduced deductible (�1,700) for an individual, �3,400 for family) on the HDHP. Your plan has enhanced benefits with high quality, high value optionsin addition to your network.
LINC Systems offers vision coverage through MetLife. The vision plan uses the MetLife Superior network, and allows you to use in-network or out-of-network benefits.
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment AD&D insurance is available to all employees working 30 hours or more per week. This benefit can help provide for your loved ones if you were to pass way. LINC Systems pays for the full cost of this benefit.
LINC Systems covers the full cost of both Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, and therefore, you are automatically enrolled in these benefits. Disability income benefits will provide a partial replacement of lost income due to the inability to work due to illness or injury. Your benefit amounts are based on your tenure at the company.
