I have been proud to be a Patron of the Parrot Zoo Trust since 2017 and have been astounded to see many project ideas come to fruition during that time. The Lincolnshire Wildlife Park is a remarkable and somewhat hidden gem in Lincolnshire. dedication, and passion for all the animals the Trust has cared for over the years. Plans for the most recent project - Wild4Learning – are now well under way. The Centre is a bold and exciting project for the Trust, for Lincolnshire, and for the United Kingdom. I know that the Wild4Learning Centre has been Steve’s dream for many years and will be a one-of-a-kind facility for learners from nursery to university. As we transition from a period of uncertainty and anxiety into much more exciting times, I urge you to support the Trust in its endeavours to create this exciting experience for our future generations.

From what you have seen so far you will have noticed that the Trust is committed to delivering learning and experience to all our guests, especially those younger members of our communities and from a less privileged background. Wild4Learning has been the dream of our founder and CEO Steve Nichols for some time now and will give us all an exciting opportunity to forge ahead with a new and exciting initiative for the Trust, for Lincolnshire and for the United Kingdom. We hope that with Wild4Learning we can enable Lincolnshire Wildlife Park to become a place where we not only provide our wild creatures everything they need for the best life possible, but for our human visitors too. I hope that after you have discovered more about Wild4Learning, you will consider how we can all work together to make this dream a reality.

project has been a dream for many years and is the most exciting, educational initiative to date for the charity, for Lincolnshire and for the Country.

The team and I are saddened by the fact that many children – who are our next generation of conservationists, researchers, and animal carers - are missing out on amazing educational experiences is their dream. We are working collaboratively with local communities and will build a ‘state of the art’ educational facility academics of all ages. We will also develop a unique volunteering hub within W4L to enable further learning and experience. From the launch of Wild4Learning on 13th June 2022, through the digging of foundations, laying of bricks our ideas and dreams become a reality and that Wild4Learning evolves into a valuable resource for all.
