DESIGN GOALS

THE CLIENT ENVISAGED IMPLEMENTING A RACETRACK LAYOUT. THE CHALLENGE TO THIS VISION WAS MAXIMIZING THE NUMBER OFFICES WITHOUT COMPROMISING NATURAL DAYLIGHT. BY UTILIZING GLASS DOORS, NATURAL DAYLIGHT CAN THEN FILTER INTO THE INTERIOR CORRIDORS. THE DESIRED OUTCOME IS FURTHER AMPLIFIED BY THE CENTRAL, GLASS-ENCLOSED CONFERENCE ROOM, FURTHER ENHANCING VISUAL CONNECTIVITY THROUGHOUT THE SPACE.
