Who are We

Nansunga Properties CC is 100% Namibian-owned innovative construction and emerging property Development Company. We are passionate about the development of commercial and business premises, residential units as well as infrastructure projects.

Our company acquired land in some towns for future development in Omuthiya, Nkure-Nkuru, Katima Mulilo and Walvis Bay. It also has shareholding in the N$20 million Development Bank of Namibia - funded Sean Prince Park project in Ongwediva (Sectional Title Development of 50 units).

To ensure that the construction process is flexible and customers are part and parcel of the construction decisions and the ability to meet project timelines. Nansunga Properties is both a developer and construction company but we are also acquiring land and working with qualified architects for designing business and residential plans. The company is responsible for project management while construction related work is assigned to the specialized sub-contractors.

OUR LEADERSHIP Mr Jeremia Lucas Muadinohamba Mr. Muadinohamba is well known in business circles and has extensive experience in property development and construction gained over the past five years. He oversees the construction of projects, marketing and building customer relations. Moreover he has over 10 years of combined experience in development finance and public management. He has successfully turned around the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund into one of the lead state agencies in superior and broad based service delivery; innovative and continuous business process improvement. Mr. Muadinohamba is also a shareholder in other construction companies namely Communard 107 CC as Oshana Building Contructors and serves on public private sector various Boards He holds Masters of Development Finance from Stellenbosch Business School, Masters of Administration from University of Namibia and Masters of International and Intercultural Management from the School for International Training in Brattleboro- Vermont, USA.

Mrs Alexinah Nansunga Muadinohamba Mrs. Muadinohamba is a shareholder and manages company operations, which includes daily office administrative, accounts, human resources and record keeping. She also has experience in property management and construction that she has gained over the past years. She has more than 10 years work experience in public health more specifically in HIV/AIDS programs with both international and national organizations. She has a good customer service experience gained while serving for public health industry. She holds a Masters in Public Health from the University of South Africa and an MPhil in HIV/AIDS Management (cum laude) from the University of Stellenbosch as well a Degree in Nursing from the University of Namibia. She is also a shareholder in other construction companies such as Kopano Projects and Management Services (Pty) Ltd, and the hunting concession with HUNTAFRICA where she plays an important role in the community development and upliftment programme of the concession.
