This minimalist interior design and build project centers on spatial purity and functional clarity, utilizing an openplan layout, seamless full-height cabinetry, and a neutral material palette of warm whites and natural textures to establish an uncluttered, serene environment.

Executed through a turnkey delivery model, the scope combines meticulous architectural detailing, custom millwork, and layered lighting to harmonize everyday utility with enduring elegance.

This open-market design integrates landscape architecture to resolve vertical and horizontal circulation challenges, utilizing rooftop pathways to connect public levels and streamline pedestrian flow. Conceived as a multi-purpose market hub, the building anchors vibrant commercial spaces alongside underground parking and accessible public plazas that merge seamlessly with the surrounding site. By employing terraced landscape integration and continuous rooftop access, the architecture transforms standard retail zoning into an interconnected civic destination that balances high-density public use with fluid circulation.

This standalone office building design leverages parametric architecture to optimize environmental performance, utilizing advanced daylight simulations—such as spatial daylight autonomy and useful daylight illuminance—to maximize natural light penetration while mitigating glare.

Integrated power consumption analyses drive the implementation of adaptive facade shading systems and high-efficiency building envelopes, significantly reducing operational energy demand and aligning high-performance workplace interiors with rigorous sustainability standards.
