The Music Conservatory of Sandpoint’s beloved annual Summer Serenade fundraising concert returns Sunday, July 23, showcasing the incredible talents of conservatory faculty in an intimate classical music setting. After the performance, all are welcome to mingle in the Concert Hall. The music will play from 7 to 8pm. Tickets are priced $25 for adults, $10 for youth, and can be purchased online at SandpointConservatory.org/events.

Long Bridge Swim

The tradition continues for its 28th year, with this year’s Long Bridge Swim set for Saturday, August 5. Registration is currently open to all swimmers of all ages and abilities. Don’t miss the chance to be a part of this special event, where you’ll swim magnificent Lake Pend Oreille and enjoy the camaraderie. Registration is $55 and will increase after August 3. Shakespeare in the Park

Montana Shakespeare in the Parks (ShakespeareintheParks.org) is making its way to Sandpoint’s Lakeview Park Saturday, August 19. Don’t miss this free summer event, which has been entertaining audiences since 1973. This year they will be performing Shakespeare’s Measure for Measure. The performance begins at 5pm. Arrive early with your chairs, blankets and picnics, visit with friends and family, and enjoy pre-play performances.

The Art Party

Join Pend Oreille Arts Council for a delicious fundraising event! Friday, August 25, the community is invited to purchase tickets to attend The Art Party, an annual benefit supporting excellence in the arts. The evening kicks off at 5pm at Sandpoint Organic Agricultural Center (10881 North Boyer Road in Sandpoint) and will feature a gourmet dinner catered by Ivano’s, no-host bar with cocktails, wine and beer, live entertainment, a special selection of silent and live auction items, and a sneak peek at POAC’s 2023-2024 Performing Arts Series.
