Anchor Bolts: How to Repair, When to Replace

We will look at the light pole footings, specifically the anchor bolts which are commonly overlooked. This session will discuss the important things to take note of on an existing footing, when pouring a new footing, and repairs for common problems. We will discuss how to measure the anchor bolts and patterns, how to identify different size and grades of anchor bolts, how to repair rusted anchor bolts with damage from simple surface rust or structural rust, and how replace using new epoxied bolts.
