As your agent, you can expect a comprehensive and proactive approach to presenting your home to the public market. Once your listing goes live in the MLS, I will share it within my office and my network of buyers. Our MLS will also syndicate to Zillow, Realtor.com and other real estate websites online which will also create a wider audience. I will be readily available to answer any questions from prospects and buyers' agents, I will also give notice of scheduled showings and I will also present offers as they come in to with information pertaining to each individual offer.
My goal is to provide you with excellent service and support throughout the entire process of selling your home, from listing to closing. I will keep you informed and updated on the status of your listing and provide guidance and advice as needed.
