Lighthouse Visuals is a real estate media company with a strong foundation, a growing team, and a reputation built on quality and customer experience. We’ve done a lot right to get here. Now we’re focused on building something much bigger.

This role is about helping us do that.

You’ll work directly with leadership and play a role in how we: • • • •

bring in new clients strengthen relationships support our teams in the field and continue expanding into new markets

This is not a sit-back role. You’ll be expected to think, take ownership, and help us build.

What You’ll Be Doing Drive new business • • •

Support brokerage outreach, presentations, and partnerships Look for ways to improve how we bring in new clients Identify opportunities in our markets that we’re not fully capturing yet

Strengthen client relationships • • •

Help improve how we communicate and follow up with clients Build simple, useful tools that help our clients succeed Work with the team to continue raising the standard of our client experience

Support market growth • • •

Help develop repeatable ways to enter and grow new markets Work alongside Market Managers to help them win locally Pay attention to what’s working, what’s not, and push for improvement

Build systems, not just content • • •

Help clarify our messaging so it’s obvious why Lighthouse stands out Create tools and materials our team can actually use Support brand and content efforts that build trust with Realtors

Help us attract the right people • • •

Support efforts to bring in strong photographers and team members Help position Lighthouse as a place people want to be part of Contribute to building a team people are proud to be on

Compensation • • •

Base salary: $70,000 – $80,000+ based on experience and proven impact Performance upside tied directly to growth and impact Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the company grows
