Preparing for our visit The best thing you can do to prepare for your appointment is to make sure your home is tidy and that everything you would like to be photographed is in plain sight. Onsite Workflow Once the Documentation Specialist arrives, the appointment will begin with a consultation. They will go over what you can expect, then will begin to photograph all details. This is a collaborative process. You are encouraged to ask any questions that may come to mind during the documentation process!

Delivery expectations You can expect to receive all your visual records within three days of your appointment. Your Documentation Specialist will call you to help you fully understand the assets you received. We will always be here to answer any questions you may have.
