What’s Zero.
Zero is the lighting system born from the Folio experience. Zero GRID is the luminous aluminum frame that can cover large surfaces. Zero is the lighting system which, thanks to the tensioned diffuser fabric, neutral or printed, diffuses the light in a natural and uniform way. Zero creates soft shadows enhancing architecture and furnishings. The aluminum profiles that surround important surfaces without visible joining elements are Zero. Zero enhances the luminous homogeneity typical of Folio products.

ZERO BIG SIZE
The Zero system, composed of an aluminum frame, LED lighting system and stretch diffuser fabric (white, printed or with acoustic properties) can cover large surfaces, while maintaining the lighting qualities unchanged.

ZERO WITH METAL COVER
The Zero system can be customized by adding metal covers, superimposed on the stretch diffuser fabric.

The homogeneous light of the Zero system enhances the roofing material, creating high-impact custom effects

ZERO CURVED
Zero profiles can be curved to obtain round frames or rounded corners.

The minimum achievable curve radius is 400 mm [15.75 in].
The stretch fabric diffuser is shaped and stretched to homogeneously cover the entire curved surface.

ZERO WITHOUT IRON ELEMENTS
Folio ZERO responds to different design needs.
Made in the total absence of ferrous elements, it can also be installed in areas used for Magnetic Resonance (MRI). The iron elements, normally used to join the aluminum profiles, have been replaced with brass details.
In this way Folio ZERO, unchanged in terms of aesthetics and lighting functionality, can also be installed in hospitals.

ZERO SHAPED WITH HOLES
Zero profiles can be shaped to obtain custom frames. The luminous surface of the Zero can be perforated with a circular or rectangular section keeping the lighting qualities of the product unchanged. The minimum diameter of the hole that can be made is 400 mm [15.75 in]. The rectangular holes have a minimum size of 150 x 150 mm].

ZERO THREE-DIMENSIONAL
Zero profiles can be used to create three-dimensional installations.

The volumes of the three-dimensional installations can include both Zero, Folio and Grid solutions.
Each face of the parallelepiped is composed of a Zero frame with its lighting system and stretch fabric. Each face can be managed separately from the other.

The aluminum profiles of the Zero frame can be calendered, concave or convex to create bright corners without interruptions and visible joints.

Stretch fabric.
The visible surface of the Zero system is that of stretched fabric, white or printed, with M1 / B1 certification. The perimeter of the stretch fabric is folded and firmly sewn to a PVC profile. To stretch the fabric, the perimeter is placed inside the aluminum frame. The fabric is 100% polyester, backlightable acrylic ideal for interior backlit prints. Zero can also mount in the same way sound-absorbing fabrics, white or printed, with or without mattress, depending on the acoustic needs.

When the gasket sewn on the fabric is correctly inserted in the groove of the Zero/ Round aluminum profile, the stretch fabric is perfectly tensioned.
Stretch fabric replacement.

The tab sewn on the perimeter of the stretch fabric simplifies the disassembly operation. Just pull the tab to remove the flexible fabric from its seat.
The stretch fabric, white or printed, can be easily removed from the aluminum frame. This operation allows you to quickly replace the flexible fabric.

ZERO GRID installation
1. Install the ZERO modules on the ceiling with suitable screws or suitable fixing systems;



2. proceed with the electrical connection;
3. position the fabric with the eventual print to the outside and insert the seal in all four sides of ZERO frame and tense the fabric.
