Bereits seit 2015 ist ein Energie-Audit nach DIN EN 16247-1 für alle Unternehmen in Deutschland verpflichtend. Da das Thema nachhaltige Energie für uns einen sehr hohen Stellenwert hat und in den besonderen Fokus rücken sollte, haben wir es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht ein EnergieManagement System zu etablieren, uns einem Audit nach EN ISO 50001:2018 zu stellen und uns zertifizieren zu lassen. Bereits im Jahr 2020 starteten wir mit den ersten Vorbereitungen für dieses umfangreiche Projekt. Mit der Einstellung unseres neuen Produktionsleiters Herrn Reetz

Since 2015, an energy audit in accordance with DIN EN 16247-1 has been mandatory for all companies in Germany. Since the topic of sustainable energy has a very high importance to us and should be a special focus, we have committed ourselves to establish an energy management system and to undergo an audit according to EN ISO 50001:2018 and to get certified. In 2020 we started the first preparations for this extensive project. With the employment of our new production director wurde das ganze Thema mit Unterstützung eines 7-köpfigen Projektteams weiter vorangetrieben.

Eines der großen Ziele im Rahmen des Audits ist der Verzicht der Verwendung von Heizöl im gesamten Unternehmen sowie die Ausstattung der Hallendächer mit PhotovoltaikAnlagen. Im Zuge dessen wurde der erste Anschluss für eine neue Gasheizung bereits beantragt und kann voraussichtlich noch 2022 in Betrieb genommen werden.

One of the major goals within the scope of the audit is it to abandon the use of heating oil in the entire company, as well as equipping the roofs of the halls with photovoltaic systems. In the course of this, the application for the first connection of the new gas heating system has already been submitted and is expected to be operational before the end of 2022.

Im Laufe des Projektes konnten mittlerweile auch schon einige Meilensteine erreicht werden, wie z.B.

• die Planung einer neuen Heizung inll. BHKW (Blockheizkraftwerk) mit besserer Energieleistung • die Installation von 26 Strommessstellen im Unternehmen, welche eine Echtzeitmessung ermöglichen • die Umstellung auf LED-Lampen in verschiedenen Fertigungshallen

Ein weiterer Schritt im Zuge der Modernisierung soll die

• the planning of a new heating system including a CHP (combined heat and power unit) with better energy performance • the installation of 26 electricity measuring points in the company, which enable real-time measurement • the changeover to LED lamps in various production halls.

Das Energie Audit nach ISO 50001:2018 fand nach fast 2-jähriger Vorbereitungsphase im Dezember 2021 erfolgreich statt. Circa alle 2 Jahre wird es hierzu künftig ein Wiederholungsaudit geben, bei welchem wir mit unseren Entwicklungen überzeugen können.
