Brett Eastman, founder and president of Lifetogether, revolutionized the small group model at Willow Creek Community Church while serving with Bill Hybels, connecting 12,000 people into groups over five years. He then served on the senior staff at Saddleback Church with Rick Warren where he pioneered video-driven small group curriculum and produced a variety of series including the Purpose Driven and 40 Days of Purpose campaigns.

Since then, Lifetogether has worked with more than 500 churches of every size and theological background. From brand-new churches on the west coast to established megachurches in the heartland, we know what it takes to transform a sermon series into a church-wide campaign that targets connecting 100% or more of the congregation.

Now we’re pioneering a new program. To help even more churches and pastors, we’re launching Lifetogether Coaching, a program designed to help churches develop their own small group strategy, create their own video and print curriculum, cultivate reproducing disciples, and more.

Each participating pastor can join a group to learn from others as well as Lifetogether’s experienced team of coaches and consultants, or sign up for one-on-one coaching so that it’s customized to your specific needs.
