For the last 15 years, Lifetogether has worked with Rick Warren, Bill Hybels, Max Lucado and thousands of other leading Pastors and bestselling authors to launch innovative video- based teachings and print curriculum. Having produced hundreds of campaigns for a variety of denominations and church movements, Lifetogether partners with churches of all sizes and stages to provide the kind of support that yield life- changing resources.

Lifetogether has provided local churches with state of the art solutions that have proven to connect entire congregations, cultivate reproducing disciples and catalyze unlimited leaders that help reach their community through community. We do this by providing the following four services: Consulting Services The partnership between a local church and our ministry is first founded in a relationship that helps to achieve the desired goals and objectives. There are a variety of packages based on duration, features and desired objectives. While we provide full-service production only packages, most churches want to be trained on how to do

this themselves over time. Whether you want to connect your entire congregation, create video curriculum for your groups or produce your first church-wide campaign, we can help you get there with our experienced team members.

Curriculum Production After publishing video curriculum for most of the major publishers, producing hundreds of video curriculum for local churches and thousands of pastors, church leaders and best-selling authors on camera, we know how to produce life-changing and church-transforming campaigns and video curriculum. Today we offer curriculum subscription series, semi-custom series or fullservice video curriculum packages to fit a variety of needs and budget considerations.

Campaign Design Producing and publishing a beautiful video curriculum series doesn’t necessarily mean it translates into committing your congregation into community or maximizing the momentum that comes by developing an alignment campaign. The systems, strategies, staffing and scheduling of a campaign is vital to a successful church-wide campaign. By partnering with our team, you have have the step-bystep plan to achieve the desired outcomes. This includes promotional videos, marketing materials, timelines, and companion resources that help to bring greater alignment and momentum with your campaign.

Content Creation Over the years it became evident that connecting a congregation is only the first phase in our process. Today, we have produced dozens of new offerings that help to take your people deeper and wider by providing a variety of new resources, production series and creative content, which include small group worship video series, professionally published trade book, daily video devotions, small group leader training videos, and even the production of microsite series.

Custom Publishing In the past, we have worked with publishers, such as Zondervan, and have sold over 6 million in curriculum and 40 day campaign resources. We also have sold and distributed 4 million in video curriculum resources from our Lifetogether distribution warehouse.

Now, we’ve developed four new publishing programs that are far more cost effective, with creative production that produces resources and revenue for churches and their pastors. This includes professionally published book companions, yearbook style print features, customizable video curriculum production, and partnering distribution services.

Lifetogether Publishing WE KNOW. We’re excited to introduce a new way that we are partnering with churches. We are no longer just producing curriculum, but now we are going to be publishing campaigns and curriculum series to distribute to other churches and ministries - locally, regionally, and globally. Not only will we publish your original work, but we will also package, promote, and distribute your video and print curriculum to reach your community for Christ.

WE KNOW CHURCH. Over the last 15 years, we both produced and published over 500 fully custom church-wide campaign curriculum for most of the major Christian publishers, para-church ministries, bestselling authors and local church pastors. We have proven that we know small groups, how to publish video curriculum, and how to sell it to local churches.

Over a decade ago, I helped to put together the 40 Days of Purpose campaign kit for Rick Warren that started with my team coaching 29 churches, that over time went on to be 29,000 churches worldwide. As a result of these innovations and insights, we will be putting together fully custom church-wide campaign kits and helping you to promote it to other churches around the country.

With this new, cost-effective offering, the church can receive free production services in exchange for shared revenue on the sales of the curriculum products. A church could recoup their costs and then potentially allow the pastor to receive royalties off their intellectual property, just as they would from publishing a book.

This offering is also perfect for pastors who have written a book, are writing a book, or hope to write a book based on a past sermon series.

We’re even partnering with some churches to ghostwrite a book based on past series and to not just introduce a curriculum, but also a professionally published hardback book.

Church covers cost for production and travel expenses 12 month consulting partnership plus expenses Lifetogether covers cost for publishing, promotions, and distribution Congregation purchases curriculum from Lifetogether at retail price Church recoups cost of production by receiving 100% of profits from curriculum and campaign sales beyond the church until those costs are covered • After recoup period, an ongoing generous royalty of 20% will be paid to the church and/or Pastor.
