Cowboy Up Carbondale On August 27, Carbondale's Fourth Street Plaza came alive with the spirit of Colorado's western heritage. Cowboy Up's 12th annual fundraiser benefited Smiling Goat Ranch, which helps people heal through interactions with horses and other animals.
