SONDA'S RAGIN' CAJUN GRITS Ingredients GRITS + 8 cups water + 1 tsp. salt + 2 cups grits + 6 Tbsp. butter + 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning (every family has their own favorite!) Directions Bring salted water to a boil and add grits, stirring or whisking well to prevent lumps. Lower heat and simmer for seven minutes, stirring occasionally.
