ADELAIDE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA COUP FOR GENERATIONS IN JAZZ In a major coup for the Limestone Coast, the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra will travel to Mount Gambier for the 30-year Anniversary of Generations in Jazz. The entire 68-piece orchestra will perform on stage in the enormous bigtop tent alongside a high profile list of guest artists during the May 2017 event. ASO Managing Director Vincent Ciccarello said: “We are delighted to take part in this celebrated festival in its 30th year. The ASO has a special connection with the Limestone Coast community and we look forward to returning to the nation’s home of jazz in 2017 to share the experience of live orchestral music with as many people as possible.”

Generations in Jazz chair, James Morrison, says GIJ crowds are in for the experience of a lifetime. “We had two big bands on stage at our most recent Generations in Jazz on the Saturday night and there’s only one place to go from there – a symphony orchestra!” he says. The mega-ensemble will be performing a program called the ‘A to Z of Jazz’ (Louis Armstrong to Joe Zawinul). “We’re taking a journey from the beginnings of jazz through to fusion and funk, and it will not only feature the orchestra, but all of our instrumental guests and our star vocalist for 2017 Jazzmeia Horn,” James explains.

Winner of the 2015 Thelonius Monk International Vocal Jazz Competition and 2013 Sarah Vaughan International Jazz Vocal Competition, Jazzmeia Horn is widely considered the hottest young singer on the international jazz scene. Apart from performing at just about every famous jazz club in New York City, Jazzmeia is also a teaching artist at the New Jersey Performing Arts Centre’s ‘Jazz for Teens’ program, and will be conducting a workshop for GIJ vocalists. “If you haven’t checked out Jazzmeia Horn yet, get ready for an experience you won’t forget!” James says. Meanwhile, it’s also been 30 years since James Morrison himself first became involved with GIJ, and 2017 will see the return of some of his favourite artists who have helped to play a role in his GIJ journey.

“GIJ has grown to become the nation’s largest weekend jazz music festival, and looking back, I can’t believe some of the names who’ve played in a tent in a paddock!” he says. “It’s time to celebrate, so for the next event we will welcome back the amazing Marian Petrescu on piano, Gordon Goodwin on sax and piano, Wycliffe Gordon on Trombone and vocals, Mat Jodrell on trumpet and Cat Empire keyboardist Ollie McGill…and of course our thousands of student musicians.” Registrations are still arriving from schools keen to participate in the May 5-7 event, with organisers confident that entries will eclipse this year’s record participation of 4400 musicians and support staff from 107 schools across Australia and New Zealand.

Ken has been a long term volunteer for the conservation cause in South Australia. At nearly 65, he is still very active and involved. With a background in the fishing industry, including a role at the Department of Fisheries, Ken has also worked in the building industry, alongside his brother Greg, where they added an environmental aspect to their buildings and developed unique, recycled bush hut designs. In tandem with his wife Katrina, Ken established an on ground environmental contracting business, Bush Repair, which offers expert revegetation, survey and weed control works to South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania. Bush Repair achievements include winning the Environmental and Sustainability award in 2014 at the Mount Gambier Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Business Awards. As a branch from Bush Repair, Ken created educational excursions. With his wealth of knowledge Ken planted the seed for cultural education and the venture grew. Ken has held walk and talks for many schools, health groups and individuals around the South East. He is often engaged for his knowledge of bush tucker, artefacts, tools and Boandik stories. Ken has also volunteered for a variety of community groups,, including being a foundation member of SE Shorebirds, volunteering for Port MacDonnell CFS, Southern

Ocean Coastcare chairman and being regularly involved with the Pangula Men’s Group and Bunganditj Language. Ken has spent 10 years conducting bird surveys for Birds Australia, at Ramsar wetland Pick Swamp and many annual wader searches in the Coorong. Ken is often invited to share his wealth of knowledge and cultural education and has been a guest speaker at UNI SA

events, primary and secondary schools, and NAIDOC Week Celebrations. Above - Ken Jones accepting his award from Conservation Council SA President Nadia McLaren, at the awards night at The Joinery Adelaide. Photo by Aussie Kanck, Quality Freelancing.

If you were anywhere near Mount Gambier’s CBD on Saturday there is no way you could have missed the Christmas Convoy for Kids – an ac.care fundraiser aimed at ensuring no Limestone Coast kids go without the joy of gifts on Christmas Day. With 68 trucks part of the toy run convoy, most sitting on their horns for much of the journey down Mount Gambier’s main street, it was hard to miss the spectacle, which saw the trucks travel from Merrett Logging, in Penola, to the Blue Lake Golf Club, in Mount Gambier for a family fun day. The brainchild of Adam Smith, the concept looks set to become an annual event, with ac.care adult learning & community services program manager Sue Watt more than happy to join forces with Adam, given the inaugural event, that was pulled together in a couple of weeks, yielded more than $10,000 in cash and gifts. The gifts will be delivered to families on December 21, with more than 300 children from 185 families set to benefit. “Hopefully this means no children in our community will miss out this year,” Sue said. “That’s certainly the aim.”

OPEN INSPECTIONS

SO MUCH TO DO WHEN YOU HEAD TO THE COAST Coastal Connections is back again this summer, with a jam packed program full of fun activities along the Limestone Coast. The summer

holiday activity program caters to all ages and explores the natural wonders of our magnificent local coast and marine environment. The program runs

from January 2-15, with activities at Piccaninnie Ponds near Port MacDonnell, through to Southend, Beachport, Cape Jaffa, Robe and Kingston. Natural Resources South East Coast and Marine officer Elly Schultz said the event builds a strong connection between people and the coast, and encourages greater community appreciation of its value.“We hope that Coastal Connections strengthens the love for our special coastline, and inspires people to join us in protecting it,” she said. “We have such a diverse range of native flora, fauna and culture in the South East and the holiday program is a great opportunity to share and celebrate this.” There is something for everyone,

from bush tucker tasting at Robe to guided snorkeling at Piccaninnie Ponds Conservation Park. For primary aged children, check out the Junior Ranger, Fossil Safari and Sea Critter craft activities. For adults and children alike there’s always new treasures to find at a Rockpool Ramble, and when the sun goes down, the Creatures of the Night tour is your chance to discover local nocturnal wildlife. Bookings are essential for most activities as numbers are limited. For a copy of the full program, to book, or for more information visit the Natural Resources South East website www.naturalresources.sa.gov. au/southeast or contact Elly Schultz 0467 797 201.

Portland’s CBD foliage is set for minor trim works to assist in creating greater views of the picturesque foreshore area. This week arborists will groom vegetation along Bentinck Street from Fern Street south to Henty Street to create improved views of the Portland Harbour and Maritime Discovery Centre from Bentinck Street and the Portland Cable Trams route. Glenelg Shire Mayor Cr Anita Rank said the works had received considerable public support due to the greater foreshore views. Motorists are advised to be aware of traffic control in the area as trimming works are undertaken on trees close to the road area over a two week period. Works are anticipated to begin on Wednesday 14 December and continue through to the Christmas break.

HD REFRIGERATION & AIRCONDITIONING PTY LTD

On the cover & pictured above with awards (from left) - Daniel ‘Harry’ Harradine & Brendan Dening.

lifestyle1.net | 26

Hark work and quality service has been the foundation of the working lives of Brendan Dening and Daniel “Harry” Harradine and it also formed the basis of their own foray into business ownership – HD Refrigeration & Airconditioning. What began as a home based business in January 2011, with the two boys working long hours to build a solid client base, is now a thriving business, employing five more staff and headquarters at 345 Commercial Street West, Mount Gambier. In the early days, after getting a batch of business cards printed up, Brendan and Harry basically went door to door promoting their new business, meeting personally with builders, businesses and the community. That personal touch has remained as HD Refrigeration & Airconditioning look to provide high quality service at an affordable price, but, now, instead if introducing themselves, HD has built a reputation over five years of quality workmanship and professional but personalised service, and now when they meet with many customers, they are loyal long standing clients. And it’s not just anecdotal evidence that has HD Refrigeration & Airconditioning rated as one of the best in the business – the industry backs up those claims with the Mount Gambier based business winning the Fujitsu Outstanding Regional Sales Award for SA & NT, in the past three years. You can still layby now for Christmas and leave picking up until Christmas Eve if you wish, especially plants. The farmyard and corrals are full again with an array of pigs, sheep, cows and chooks, right through to our metal oil drum animal,s that are intricately made by AIDS affected orphan children in Zimbabwe. The Limestone Coast Roses and Limestone Coast Advanced Trees part of the company is also as full as ever, even with the strange weather, and we have up to 50% off trees until Christmas Eve, including mop tops and weeping cherries. All of the 2016 new release roses, including the We Will Remember Them, Perfume Perfume and Pink Moon, along with all the old favourites, such as Mother’s Love and Grandma and Grandpa’s Rose are all good gift ideas. The Gallipoli Rose, Veterans Honour, Daniel Morcombe, Black Caviar and the new Love You roses are all ready for Christmas gifts. Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without hydrangeas and we have masses of stunning mature plants in all colours, ranging from Intense blue, to purple, red, pinks and whites, as well as the new release dwarf varieties. These are ideal indoors for a short time, as decorations to your outside entertaining areas or as a fantastic Christmas gift. This year we have increased the numbers of trees in most categories, especially mop top style and

weeping trees, which you just can’t get enough of. So, whatever the gardener or nongardener in your life is hoping for this Christmas, be sure to make a trip to Gardenarium and The Pot Shop and Limestone Coast Roses and Advanced Trees and wander through the amazing array of goodies. As this goes to print the devastating effect of the recent typhoon in the Philippines highlights just how precious life is. For many years Gardenarium and The Limestone Coast Group has supported the villagers along the coastlines of

the regions hit for four years in a row, with many of the villagers not even having built new homes from last year’s typhoon. Many of the products we sell are from poor, underdeveloped countries and in particular the range of driftwood creations we have each year are from pieces of driftwood harvested from the beaches by local villagers in the current typhoon hit area. Each village is allowed to harvest a certain amount of driftwood thrown up from the typhoons and craft them into the wonderful pieces we sell from Christmas decorations to spheres, planters and decorative wreathes, and a brand new range of birdhouses in several styles- see our newly upgraded website for all of the styles - I am continually amazed at their creativity given the adversity. I urge everyone to dig deep this Christmas by buying a piece of driftwood artwork or ornaments that will last forever. “They are extremely well priced considering the transportation and shipping to us and we feel warm knowing that the proceeds are helping the villagers rebuild their lives.” Items start from very low priced Christmas stars at only $9, so ideal for a Kris Kringle, with even the more intricate piece really far too low priced for the work involved, especially for the western world. Our range of outdoor dining furniture has expanded too and we are bursting at the seams with all of the styles on the floor selling fast with the sale prices on until Christmas or visit our stone and aluminium and teak/ conservatory ranges at www.gardenarium.com.au, however we still have plenty of stock for the next two weeks. Managers and staff at Gardenarium & The Limestone Coast Group of Companies would like to take this opportunity to Wish all our customers and readers a very Happy Christmas and relaxing New year, we will be closing from Christmas Eve until 3rd January for a well earned break with our families and hope you can all wait until then to see us again. Great Gardenarium

TEMPT THE TASTEBUDS

It’s been a big couple of years for ac.care. The Limestone Coast based arm of the charity was inducted into the Brand SA Hall of Fame, the organisation celebrated 30 years of operation and its CEO Rob Foggo clocked up 25 years of service.

Butter Chicken Marinade 1/4g natural yoghurt 1/2 juice of lemon 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped 1 tablespoon garam masala 1 teaspoon salt 1kg (boneless skinless) chicken thigh fillets, cut into bite-size pieces Sauce 125g raw cashews 40g butter, chopped 2 tablespoons peanut oil 2 medium onions, finely diced 1 bay leaf 1 tablespoon garam masala, extra 2 teaspoons sweet paprika 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 cup tomato passata 1 teaspoon salt

BACK TO BACK STATE TITLES

300ml Bulla cooking cream 1/2 cup chicken stock Cooked rice, to serve Coriander leaves, to serve

Method Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and massage into chicken. Cover and let stand while sauce is prepared. Reserve half the cashews and place remaining cashews in a food processor. Process until finely ground. Heat butter and oil in a large sauce pan over medium heat until butter is melted. Add onion and bay leaf and slowly cook until onion is golden, about 15 – 20 minutes. Reduce heat if onion browns too quickly. Stir in garam marsala, paprika, cumin, cinnamon and salt, cook for a minute. Add chicken and marinade, cook for 5 minutes tossing in onion mixture. Add processed cashew, passata and stock. Simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in cream and cook for a further 15 minutes. Serve with rice and garnish with reserved cashews and coriander leaves.

From its humble beginnings, underpinned by the efforts of the late Father Brian Ashworth, ac.care has undergone name changes and incredible growth and diversifying of services but at its heart is helping people in regional South Australia.

Rob Foggo has overseen that mission since the mid 1990s but has decided that it is time for his family and in June next year he will step away from the top job. “I always saw Brian (Ashworth) as our founding father,” Rob said. “He was the one who first sourced the funding for us to deliver foster care and from there it grew.” Current, long standing board chair Michael Bleby has been another major player in leading ac.care through its many guises in the past two decades. “His strong leadership has been invaluable.” Then there’s been the unequivocal support from the business community with the late Allan Scott, Barry Maney and Adrian de Bruin all key supporters of ac.care’s work, driving many a fundraising effort. The community has also always been behind ac.care’s work. “And that’s a real strong measure of any organisation – the credibility and respect it has within the community.” Rob believes, the values of the organisation and the willingness of the staff to live by those values is behind ac.care’s longevity and success. “Compassion, adaptability, relationships and excellence – those core values are what our staff need to live and I always put compassion at the top of that list,” Rob said. “Compassion, for me, is honestly putting yourself in someone else’s shoes.” But now it’s time for Rob to focus on just one family – his own. “There have been so many occasions where work was my priority and now it’s time for my family to be the priority,” he said. “ac.care now needs some new ideas to take us forward for the next 25 years.” A grandchild on the way is also another reason family is set to take centre stage. “It was a tough decision,” Rob said. “I love the organisation, I love working with the community, I love the staff, I love working with our clients but ultimately it is the right decision,” Victor Harbor is now home and ac.care had something to do with that as well. “Work has a little B & B there as a holiday home for foster parents and when my wife Denise was setting it all up we looked around and through what a great place Victor Harbor was,” Rob said. “I’m excited about moving on to the next phase in my life.” Above - ac.care CEO Rob Foggo is set to step down in June 2017 after 25 years in the top job. BACK TO BACK STATE TITLES Mount Gambier High School ‘s Year 8/9 Knockout Softball side has been crowned state champions for this second successive year. The girls’ recent success makes if five State titles in succession for Mount Gambier High School, over the various age groups on offer. Coached by Samantha Brown, the team was an eclectic mix with State representative Imogen Walker, a group of local club players and some girls with no experience at all. The Adelaide finals were held at Barratt Reserve, West Beach. The team comprised Nina Augustiatus, Claire Day, Madi Freeman, Emmerson Hann, Kali Langley, Isabella Morale, Jess Stone, Imogen Walker, Jordi Williams and Tayla Wilson-Smith. It meant there was a crash course in batting and base running for some of

the new faces the night before. The opening game of the finals saw Mount High got off to a shaky start in the field, with a few errors leading to St Peters scoring a run. However, this was quickly erased when Walker started the batting innings for Mount High and hit a home run over centrefield, which she then repeated at the bottom of the second. Walker pitched a great game with nine strikeouts, while Morale, Williams and Freeman all had safe hits for the game, with Williams and Freeman having their first hit ever in their first game of softball ever. Mount High had seven safe hits for the game, and came from behind to defeat St Peters 7–4. Game two was a tight affair against Unley, with only one run a piece scored after two innings. Day showed her skills

at short stop with two crucial outs at first. Augustiatus had her first plays in softball, with two hits coming her way at rightfield. At the top of the fourth, scores were again level at three all and a tight fielding innings saw no runs scored for Unley. Walker was first up to bat and hit a double to leftfield to put her in scoring position. Morale then hit a single to centrefield that brought Walker home with the winning run. Time was called with Mount High winning 4–3. Walker was again superb on the mound with seven strike outs. The next game against Brighton was poised to be a one sided affair, however, with a few changes to the Mount High team to rotate and rest players, it became a much tighter contest. Morale had a break from catching duties and newcomer Stone stepped up to the challenge. Brighton opened their account with one run after a few early errors in the field. Mount High bounced back with the bat and a two base hit to left field by Williams which meant she achieved her first run batted in at the

bottom of the first. Neither side scored in the second when Augustiatus had her first hit. Hann was solid at second making some key outs. At the top of the third, Brighton managed a few safe hits and scored a run. Safe hits to Day and Morale had them as base runners and both stole home on wild pitches to make the score 4-2. In the final innings Brighton failed to add to their tally, while Mount High scored three runs after Walker, Hann and Day all crossed home plate with the final score 7–2. As Mount High finished the round robin as the highest ranking team, they were afforded the luxury

of fielding first against St Peters in the grand final. The girls had a shaky start with errors allowing one run to be scored. Walker then equalised with a repeat performance from game one with a home run to start the batting innings for Mount High. Neither team scored in the second, and at the top of the third, Mount High made some costly errors in the field allowing the opposition to score a further run. St Peters then held Mount High scoreless. Walker was impressive on the mound with a quick three up three down at the top of the fourth. Day then started a batting rally with a safe hit to rightfield and managed to score after safe hits to Wilson-Smith and Langley, to level the score two all. St Peters then hit back with two runs scored at the top of the fifth. A two down batting rally had Mount High with runners on base in scoring position. Williams was the first to score, then after a left field hit to Wilson-Smith, Day and Morale scored ensuring MGHS was in front 5 – 4. Mount High needed a quick fielding innings and Walker obliged with two strike outs and a caught fly ball. This allowed Mount the opportunity to bat again with time ticking away. Stone forced a fielding error to make it to first then a leftfield hit to Walker put runners in scoring position. Day then stepped up to the plate hitting a single to centrefield that allowed both Stone and Walker to score. Time was on the reigning champions’ side with the umpire calling the game at even innings with MGHS closing out the grand final 7–4, the same score as the earlier game between the two closely matched teams. Best players for the grand final were Walker with her impressive efforts on the mound with 10 strike outs, bringing her total to 30 for the day, and two safe hits, one being a home run, and Day, with three of her eight safe hits, for the day.

Hard work has paid off for six Mount Gambier based athletres, all returning with medals from the recent All Schools Championships, in Adelaide. Coached by Sally Taylor, Kaylee Whitehead, Isabel Redemski, Hannah Elliott, Tori Redemski, Shylah Fosdike and Jacob Armitage train four afternoons a week, and now have thier sights set on the Australian Athletics Championships in Sydney from March 26 to April 2 next year. Those performanes at the All Schools Championships saw Kaylee (triple jump); Hannah (2000m steeplechase); Isabel (sprints), who clocked a personal best time in the 200m in Canberra, and Shylah (sprints) all selected to represent South Australia at the 2016 Australian All Schools Championships in Canberra from December 2-4. While the girls returned without a medal from the quality event, the tougher competition was a valuable step in their development as they push for selection for next year’s Australian Athletics Championships. “I am very proud with what the kids have achieved so far this season,” Taylor said. “It is so pleasing from such a small squad in a regional centre.”

Mount Gambier driver Mark Jennings continues his strong start to the 2016/17 season has come away with the win in the recent second MJS Street Stock Series round at Mildura’s Timmis Speedway. Scoring the team’s maiden feature-race win a fortnight ago at Hamilton’s Western Speedway, Jennings’ second victory in his fourth outing with the Patriot Motorsport team came off the back of a second-place finish to fellow local driver Anthony Beare at Ballarat’s Redline Raceway the weekend prior in the King of the Mountain event. Heading into the feature race on equal highest points with Robbie Faux, Jennings’ second-place starting position was decided by a coin toss, with Faux starting on pole position. For the first eight laps, Jennings held on to second place before Beare managed to steal it from him. Beare and Jennings were elevated to first and second place on lap 13 when Faux crashed out after an incident with lapped traffic; however, Rhys Heinrich

managed to undercut Jennings for second on the final lap. Reversing the running direction to anticlockwise for the final 15 laps, Jennings got the jump on defending MJS Series Champion Heinrich in the opening laps for second, before setting out to chase after Beare. With five laps remaining, Jennings used his skill to overtake the current and three-time Australian Champion Beare, going on to take a comfortable victory by 1.543 seconds over his rivals. “I’m so pleased that we were able to get the win at Mildura in our final hit out before the Australian Title,” said Jennings, who won his lone Australian Street Stock Title at the Timmis Speedway track back in the 1994-95 season. “We didn’t have the best run in the first stint of the feature race, but we managed to turn it around and get the win. I have to say a huge thankyou to the whole Patriot Motorsport team and all of our sponsors for their continued support.” Showing solid pace early in the Patriot Motorsport NSW #

11 FG Ford Falcon owned by Kat and Reg Corbett, Jennings powered from ninth to first in his opening heat race and backed it up with another win from pole position in his second heat race. Patriot Motorsport is looking forward to contesting the Australian Street Stock Title at Lucas Oil Kingaroy Speedway in Queensland on December 31 and January 1, 2017. “With two wins already under our belt so far this season, we couldn’t ask for better form heading into the Australian Title,” said Jennings. The Patriot Motorsport team would like to thank their 2016-17 season sponsors: BF Panels, Nissan 4X4 Autospares, Arnolds Fruit Market, De Beer Automotive Paints, All About Window Tinting, Wurth Australia, Redline Media, and Totally Speedway.

LOCAL SPORT BARRETT MAKES IT THREE FROM THREE IN STYLE There appears to be no stopping Dewain Barrett. The Crouch Shield player has now made it three centuries in the past three rounds - this weekend clubbing 282 against a Kongorong attack that had no answer to the Centrals opener’s power hitting. Barrett (pictured below) clubbed 27 fours and cleared the boundary an astonishing 19 times. Barrett’s efforts powered centrals to a massive total of 2/398. The Butchart Shield also saw triple figures, with Ben Pudney (pictured right) hitting a much needed 105 - an innings which included seven fours and 11 sixes. In Barber Shield, it was the ball doing the damage, with South Gambier and West Gambier already back in batting in their second innings after a low scoring day one in both their clashes against Kongorong and East Gambier respectively. North Gambier is still in its first innings at Marist Park having passed Mil Lel’s paltry first innings total of 60, but not before some nervous moments and losing six wickets. Skipper Tim Young

did the damage for the Tigers, taking 6/36. West Gambier didn’t muster a much better 1st innings total, making 86, with East declaring at 7/86 as both teams now look to pick up those all important outright points. South Gambier continued its woes with the bat and yet it was the best total on offer on the weekend with a 1st innings total of 90. Dane Pople (30) was the only batsman to show any resistance and yet it was still enough for Kongorong capitulating for only 38. Despite that lowly effort, the Hawks are not completely out of the contest, having South Gambier at 3/4 in its second innings. BARBER SHIELD North Gambier v Mil Lel Mil Lel 1st innings 60 (D. LOCALS SHINE AT VICTORIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS Earlier this month local karters travelled to Warrnambool, in Western Victoria to compete in the final large open meeting of this year. The prestigious State sanctioned Black Plate event attracted drivers from South Australia and throughout Victoria, all converging to the Allansford located track to try their luck. There were 215 across 12 classes, with a number of national and State champions amongst the mix. Local resident, and newly crowned Cadet 12 Australian Champion, Kai Allen (pictiured) set the pace early with some great lap times in the practice and qualifying which saw him grid up for his heat races from inside the top five. Once racing got underway, Kai went about showing the rest of the field that back of his green and gold number 1 plate and he was the benchmark driver in the class all weekend clean sweeping the event, taking the win and the chequered flag in all four heat races including the 18 lap final. after a successful campaign in at both national and State level, Morgan Feast was amongst the place getters. After a some consistent driving in the heats and pre-final, Morgan enjoyed a great race in the 20 lap final, crossing the line in second place. After recently moving up into the junior rankings, Jobe Stewart was on the largest field of the event, with 29 other drivers. From qualifying Jobe showed amazing pace and set a quick lap time but a DNF in heat one left Stewart with some work to do and despite matching lap times with the front runners, Stewart found himself in traffic for the remainder of the weekend, but showed he will be one to watch in 2017. The final class to feature local members was the youngest driver class of the weekend. Drivers aged between 7 and 9 competed in the Cadet 9 class. Local club members Brock Fewins and Portland resident Kade Wilson were amongst 19 drivers all relishing the experience. With less than two seconds separating first and nineteenth after qualifying, the two young boys had some work ahead of them amongst some tough competition. The two boys battled it out over the weekend, with both posting personal best lap times during the 18 lap final.
