WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO START WEDDED WONDERLAND AND CAN YOU TELL US HOW AND WHEN DID IT ALL COME ABOUT?

I was a wedding planner for a number of years and found a huge gap online in communicating and disseminating meaningful content, suppliers and information to Brides.

Through this journey I have pursued sharing my learnings with the industry in the form of consulting, seminars and workshops to keep them informed - as when I started WW there was little information on Digital Marketing in the Wedding and Event space.

Understand your audience. Social listening is imperative to understand what looks like a well performing post vs. what is not, and that doesn’t just come down to the number of likes.

HOW SHOULD EVENT INDUSTRY BUSINESS OWNERS BEST USE INSTA STORIES?

This is the most dynamic platform in our marketplace today- utilise it to keep your audience in the loop with what’s on NOW. It is an incredible way for your followers and customers to see a glimpse into your world.

HOW CAN EVENT INDUSTRY BUSINESS OWNERS BETTER USE INSTAGRAM TO ACTUALLY CONVERT THEIR FOLLOWERS TO CLIENTS?

Ask questions, run competitions, promote certain products... and above all measure the feedback! If no one is biting, they’re simply not interested! It’s a great resource to genuinely determine what people are interested in…and this is measured through leads, enquries and of course sales!
