S7 Bowls Battle,
organised and hosted
by Search Seven, the current SME of the year in Brighton & Hove.
This was our fourth Bowls Battle and, somehow, it just keeps getting better.
What started as a simple idea to bring together brilliant people from across
the business and agency community has grown into something really
special. Every year we see competitors, sponsors, supporters, clients,
partners, friends and local businesses come together for a day of friendly
competition, fundraising and community spirit. This year was no exception.
After a recount, and adding in the £750

profit that the Portslade Bowls Club made on food and drink on the day,
I'm delighted to share that together we raised an incredible £4,250 for charity
and community causes, our best total
from an S7 Bowls Battle event to date. While the bowls matches are always fiercely contested, the real winner is
the impact we can create when people
come together behind a shared purpose. This was demonstrated and highlighted by the Bowls Club Chair, Marion, and
Sharon from Rockinghorse, who told us how the funds are spent to make lives better for everyone!
