s the jolliest season wraps us in its cozy embrace, it is a time for heartfelt reflection, a dash of gratitude, and a whole lot of celebration. As is the case with endings, once again we find ourselves at the threshold of a new beginning, ready to dive into fresh ideas and revel in the remarkable path we have walked. Together. After all, what is success if not shared among those whose hearts echo alongside ours?

As we bid adieu to 2023, we cherish the abundant milestones that have graced our journey. From the bustling occupancy of our rental apartments to the thrilling beginnings of our golf real estate construction, the unveiling of the MR2 road section, and the unforgettable inauguration of our Centrale Piazza which became the beating heart of this one-of-a-kind community. And countless others.

We invite you to take a second to pause and appreciate the expanding horizons of our recreational spaces—new sporting activations like tennis and paddle court, the renovated driving range offering memorable experiences to all who visit its premises. Moreover, establishing new offices in Belgrade and Andermatt speaks volumes about our growing presence and extended reach.

Our hearts are bursting with pride when we think about the progress made in making sure that our commitment to ethical business practices flourishes, by implementing a series of new policies and procedures. Our dedication to sustainability is reaffirmed by our recent agreement with the EPA, showcasing our accelerated green initiatives that aim to preserve and protect this place we call home.

Yet, our journey extends beyond our walls and that is gratifying in more ways than we can count. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have deeply touched our neighbors and community. Through 31 impactful projects, our CSR program has offered invaluable support, amounting to 166,000 for our neighbors, the Tivat Municipality, and the local Krtole community—an unwavering testament to our values of giving back.

This, all of this, is just a snapshot—a mere glimpse—of the incredible strides we have made as individuals but collectively. And as the curtain falls on 2023, we can be nothing but utterly excited about what lies ahead.

This holiday season, we hold each one of you a little closer, embracing you with gratitude for being such an integral part of this wonderful advanture. Thank you.

nvesting in human capital is more than just a strategic decision for organizations, it is a promise to individual growth and empowerment.

Much like any commitment, it implies a great deal of innovation, curiosity and will. The pursuit of continuous education is not solely motivated by the promise of improved business performance as it taps into the most delicate and intimate aspects of individuals - their confidence and satisfaction.

Recognizing the profound impact of such learning opportunities, Luštica Bay has consistently been among the companies that have dedicated themselves to ensuring its team remains competitive, well-prepared, and consistently inspired.

And it shows!

This brings us to the LEAD 2 workshop that took place in Budva, during which two groups of Luštica Bay middle management attended an intensive four-day workshop. This training was envisioned as a continuation of the LEAD program (LEAD, EMPOWER, ACHIEVE, DEVELOP), undertaken by the Luštica Bay’s team during spring in Petrovac.

Led by communication professionals and industry experts, the sessions were thoughtfully guided, featuring engaging topics such as enhancing customer satisfaction, cultivating an agile cultural mindset, leveraging software tools for improved internal communication and active relationship management, among others. Between sessions, our team connected on a personal level, sharing

valuable insights and experiences using newly acquired knowledge. As expressed by all participants, this served as a wonderful opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of each other's work and to develop a newfound appreciation for it.

As we bid adieu to these incredible moments shared during LEAD 2, let us remember that a good laugh is the best way to ease into any lesson. So, in the spirit of lifelong learning, here is a little humor to wrap things up: Why did the manager bring a ladder to the meeting?

Because he wanted to reach new heights in communication! Jokes aside, with enriched knowledge and teamwork, we are certain that climbing the ladder of success will be a piece of cake!

Tiny Hands Embracing Nature Cultivating Bonds Sturdy as an Oak

Nurturing Nature’s Beauty with a Spade and a Brush at Luštica Bay

Introducing MILADIN RALEVIĆ

LOVE EMBRACES TENDERLY, NURTURES ENDLESSLY, AND GROWS ETERNALLY.

L

ove, an emotion boundless in its expression, finds its way into our lives through different avenues. Its presence, in any form it may arrive, is what truly illuminates our existence and makes it worthwhile. In the heart of Bijela, a recent initiative beautifully echoed this sentiment, showcasing how love manifests in nurturing bonds and all in the hopes of a brighter tomorrow.

This October, the children from Bijela, in collaboration with the NGO Natural Fitness, undertook the heartwarming task of planting nine oak trees. A lovely gesture from Natural Fitness, these trees symbolized the connections formed among the children, offering them the warmth, comfort, and sense of belonging they deserve.

It was a special day for the trees, too.

The children gave a name to each green companion and now these oaks tower, ready to shield and unite, but still yearning to be protected and cherished.

Following this planting ceremony, little visitors were able to engage in an array of fun activities that drew even bigger smiles on their already joyous faces.

Here, under the watchful gaze of the freshly rooted trees, the children reveled in carefree joy known only to childhood.

As the cherry on top, the day concluded with a tasty lunch on the Promenade, making this day officially a delight for all senses.

Amidst the spirit of unity and generosity this season brings, these nine oak trees stand as a living testament to our ability to value others, learn from them and always leave a door open for surprises.

This is a time to be generous not just with money, but with compassion, because that is what makes the cold go away.

So, next time you see an oak tree during your stroll or on your way to work, remember this. Remember them.

Meet Miladin Ralević, Luštica Bay’s guardian of greenery whose artistic medium extends beyond the plants he so tenderly nurtures. In his role as Main Gardener, Miladin’s days are filled with vibrant blooms and the unique art of breathing life into plants. But aside from his horticultural expertise, Miladin’s soul finds solace in painting - a passion that

Always humble and appreciative of others, once upon a time Miladin contemplated an artistic education path, but life’s circumstances led him down a different route. Yet, that did not stop him from pursuing his passion for drawing in other ways. Gradually, he began creating commissioned drawings and paintings, focusing mainly on portraits whose appeal has been praised by all those who lay eyes on them.

Meet Đurđina Lopičić Conquering the Tech World and Crafting Bead Magic

Talent, a wealth hidden within the depths of one’s being.

O

ne of the greatest things about being human is our ability to feel, do and be more than just one thing. Here at Luštica Bay, we are fortunate to have an abundance of such individuals and Đurđina’s talent exemplifies just that. Đurđina, our very own junior System Engineer, effortlessly bridges two seemingly distant worlds – IT expertise and the art of jewelry-making.

Wondering about the connection? Here is our take on it. In one world, she strings together codes and networks like glitzy beads, putting together intricate systems in the process. In the other, she creates jewelry, stringing together beads to craft unique pieces that add color to life, blending the precision of technology with the whimsical appeal of creativity. Totally makes sense, right? Đurđina got acquainted with the art of jewelry-making through a chance encounter with an online video. She excitedly purchased various beads and materials, and what do you know - love and talent, simply, clicked! Her most treasured creation was her first piece, a heartfelt gift to a close friend, which

she recalls as being one of the most memorable moments in her newfound hobby. Despite briefly considering selling her creations, she soon realized that some passions are best relished without the weight of commercial pursuits.

Let us assure you – Đurđina does not ’bead’ around the bush when it comes to having a good time! She finds joy in working with materials like metal, beads, and rubber, creating trendy and colorful summer-themed jewelry that add a playful touch to any outfit. If you pay some extra attention during break time, we have a sneaky feeling that you will be able to notice some new designs she has been quietly experimenting with.

During this season of giving, when we are particularly happy to have something beautiful to marvel at, Đurđina’s story reminds us to embrace the beauty of multidimensional talents and the joy found in pursuing passions.

That kind of joy, the one that fills us up with hope and exudes a whiff of love, always, without exception, pays off. Try it.

id someone say cake? No, wait, chocolate chip cookie? Yes and yes. Now that we got you interested and hungry, let us go back a few steps. Picture this: a warm, festive gathering filled with the scent of homemade treats and the infectious laughter of colleagues coming together for a purpose beyond themselves.

In addition to featuring stunning decorations and merry tunes, December days in Luštica Bay were also a chance to spread warmth and make a difference in the community.

Our team recently cooked up something truly special—a Holiday Brunch that was

equal parts delicious and heartwarming.

This was no ordinary brunch - it was a passionate effort to support two local institutions close to their hearts: NGO “Children of Tivat” and Kindergarten “Bambi” in Radovići. The team’s enthusiasm was contagious as they sold their culinary masterpieces, eager to fill hungry bellies and make a tangible difference in their community.

We are happy to report that the fundraiser was an absolute hit! With colleagues rallying behind the cause, the team managed to raise an astonishing 1,056 euros. But hold onto your Santa hats, because Luštica Development

stepped up the generosity game by matching this amount with an additional 1,000 euros! Not too shabby, right?

On a more serious note, this collective effort is indeed a true testament to the team’s big-heartedness, altruism and empathy. That is what our DNA is made of and we can not be prouder. Of you. Of us.

As we celebrate this success story, we hope that it can serve as a beacon of hope and a reminder of the power of coming together with love, laughter, and a genuine desire to make the world a little brighter for everyone.

he time has come to relish the fruits of our labour and we can tell you - this year Santa can be very proud of us. Despite the rapid pace of work and life, it is astounding how many experiences, people, and opportunities have unfolded in just one year. So, let us take a moment to reminisce on the most cherished moments of 2023.

The year commenced with the launch of the education programs in Ulcinj, setting the tone for a series of learning initiatives.

The LEAD 1 workshop in Petrovac and the subsequent LEAD 2 in Budva were pivotal in shaping a collaborative and empowered team spirit.

The One Orascom Initiative was always at the core of our endeavors, resonating with our four foundational values. These values - customer obsession, teamwork, drive and resourcefulness, and high integrity served as guiding lights in our professional efforts, inspiring and generating a culture of excellence and unity within our workforce. We have also put in motion our internal campaign which emphasized the significance of communication, transparency, and the importance of having a more profound understanding of our company’s mission and values. The progress we have witnessed in this regard has been promising, and we are eagerly looking forward to continuing this journey in the future.

Under the banner of ‘Celebrate Healthy Life,’ we dedicated efforts to address our employees’ well-being. Workshops on physical fitness, nutrition, mental health awareness, and events like the Pink October campaign showcased our commitment to a holistic approach to wellness.

Our ability to care for the environment and be there for others also shone through this year. Over the course of 2023, we actively participated in various impactful activities, from blood donation drives to marathons, faculty collaborations, sports events, and community clean-ups. Each event was a way of reiterating our unwavering

dedication to making a positive difference around and within ourselves.

After all is said and done, it is only fair that we cheer to a year of triumphs, growth and progress! Loaded with enthusiasm, fresh outlook on life and new reserves of obtained knowledge, we stand ready to tackle new adventures and prove that we could always shine brighter!
